I absolutely love them in the booth together. They have good chemistry and gel really well together. Bowyer is a class clown and is good for the sport. Gordon’s presents for NASCAR is key because he’s one of the greatest to ever do it and probably keeps older fans of the sport coming back every week. Also, I really like how they are getting different drivers to commentate the Xfinity races.

Exactly. The comment that it's a stain on Gordon's legacy is a joke, it's only a stain on his legacy to idiots that don't acknowledge what led up to it. Gordon didn't just do it out of the blue. I like Clint, but he had that coming. What made it bad was the crew running down there, like Hendrick said in a part of that interview they didn't show, after the Martinsville incident when they were so upset you didn't see all the Hendrick teams run down and start attacking Bowyer and his crew.

Jeff was always such a clean racer and really from 2007 on he got screwed so many times. Jeff and Jimmie battle at Martinsville. Jeff at Martinsville in 2012. Jeff at Phoenix in 2010. Jeff at Richmond 2010. Jeff at Texas 2014. So many wins taken away because he decided to race physical or because of horribly timed cautions. I was so, so mad at Martinsville in 2012 and I saw absolutely nothing wrong with Gordon's reaction at Phoenix. I was glad he stood up for himself. It will always really hurt knowing that Jeff was the legitimate 2007 and 2014 champion and yet the record book will never say it.

After the race was over there were a mix bag of people who supported Jeff or Clint's action and also how they were dissing Toyota and hating on Clint and mocking on Jeff was being a scaredy cat, being protected by Maricopa County Sheriff Deputies from Clint and his crew at the 24 team's hauler. lol

That Martinsville race was very memorable. So much so that I vividly remember Ryan Newman bumping Boyer into that 3 wide pass because if Boyer didn't go low then he would have wrecked Jeff and probably Jimmie as well. But that seemed to be forgotten. Also didn't Jimmie and Jeff stay out on old tires anyways??? They weren't gonna win that race.

As for Phoenix Bowyer should've given more room, but Jeff shouldn't of wrecked him and Joey like that.

Clint Bowyer was wrecking Jeff Gordon nearly every race leading up to the championships, so Jeff Gordon had enough and decided that enough was enough. In my opinion, Jeff Gordon had every right to purposely wreck Clint Bowyer because race after race, Bowyer was wrecking Gordon and Gordon was nice about letting it slide until he had enough. I mean, how many times can one person take being wrecked by the same person week after week before they retaliate. I'm always going to be Team Jeff Gordon and I will say that Gordon isn't one to just purposely wreck a driver just because or to start a fight just because. He had enough and decided to fight back. Just my opinion. I'm NOT and NEVER will like Clint Bowyer
