Taking Time For Yourself is important for your happiness. It's true. Look, we all want to be nice and do things for others and that's okay. But it is super important to find time for ourselves, too. If we are always doing for others we will begin to lose our own happiness and joy. So, start by doing these three things to make sure you are getting back to you.
1) Make Time. Use a calendar and schedule some "me time" for those things you enjoy
2) Set Boundaries and Say No. If we and others don't know where to stop, then we never will take time for ourselves.
3) Actively Pursue For You. Find those things that bring you happiness, motivation, and inspiration. Learn something new. Go where you have never been. Do things for you
