Trent is a former NFL football player who has become a world renowned performance coach, who keynotes around the globe about how to have “The Champion Mindset.” He has several million online followers and reaches over 60 million people every single week with his inspirational videos and messages. He’s the author of a popular book called “The Greatest You“ and the host of a very large podcast, called “Straight Up.“ His new book that is coming out in the spring of 2024 is called “Protect your Peace“ and is a handbook for managing stress and anxiety and overwhelm and building up one's on self-worth.
