I like these. It really shows that unga bunga turn 1-3 isn't the best always, The longer fights are enjoyable because of units that often doesn't get the chance to shine.

I mean, this super CQ is pretty hard to TA anyway since you forced to put mash on the frontline, and also forced to pick un-upgraded holmes as a friend support. Only a really high invested players like airmong that can probably TA this.

Honestly, I'm of the opposite mindset. Turn 1-3 fights are better because I'm playing a mobile game. If I wanted to sit down and play a mission or a battle for twenty, thirty minutes or longer, I wouldn't play a mobile game for that experience.

Strangest pokemon battle ever

I want more of these Myst. These are very exciting to watch especially since I've been missing the streams lately. It's always fun seeing shit go your way or the other way around.

48 minutes for a fight?! Holy sh*t! I’m honestly excited to watch it, it gives me the chance to see how you think about battles.

I did this fight with Barghest, Castoria and Proto Merlin It went very smoothly because of Barghest removing the many attack buffs Caenis has ( CCs for buff removal also help) and she can give team NP charge that helps you maintain Castoria's NP buffs

Gonna say what everyone's thinking but don't have the balls to say: We need a ssr support ticket that let's us choose 1 of: Skadi, castoria, merlin, koyan, lady avalon, and skadi summer. To help with the powercreep as the game gets less and less new player friendly

on an unrelated note, i really wish devs had the balls to make annual ssr ticket have option for limited chars. don't need all limited chars in one go, could've been pool for the limited released in 2015 for ssr ticket in 2023, then add 2016 limiteds in 2024, and so on. ...goddamn it i just want gilgamesh aaaa

This fight without Castoria is pure pain. Muramasa can somewhat help in later parts of the fight. I still haven't beaten this fight.

As a Castoria owner, good lord this unit was a mistake. The difference in having Castoria vs not having Castoria for fights like these is so ridiculous and the game would probably be better off if she didn't exist. Being able to give your entire team super-invulnerability for so long, so consistently and so frequently completely turns the entire game's design upside down, and not in a healthy way imo. Don't get me wrong, I love Castoria and I think she's super cute, but I don't think she should be in the game in her current state. She completely trivializes a lot of older content and in the future, the devs will have to create boss fights that still pose a challenge to Castoria owners without being completely impossible for non-Castoria owners and I think that's unhealthy for the game. Edit: To elaborate a bit, other S-tier support units like Merlin or Koyanskaya also make the game a lot easier, but they're different because all they do is enable your own units, they don't completely negate enemies like Castoria does. Koyanskaya and Merlin squads will still have to tank NPs every now and then, the only way Castoria squads get hit is if the boss does a buff strip before attacking. That's what makes her so gamebreaking imo.

I agree that she's mad broken, but I disagree that she shouldn't exist. Her existence made the devs more confident in making more hard and creative battles that otherwise would be too impossible for casual and normal players if not for her.

@@gigame5501 Castoria already got 3 banners (not including GSSR). If you still don't have her after all that banners then idk what you're doing. And, if you're going to say "how about new players?", here's my answer. New players aren't supposed to do these super recollection fights anyway. It's lb5.2 locked. If that "new player" speedran the story, then complaining about the difficulty of the node and the effect of not having Castoria is dumb when your only usable units are 2/2/2 Waver and some random max ascended SSR. Even Castoria wouldn't save you if that's your lineup.

Yeah they are better here than Benienma but I used them just before this in the normal version of this fight so I wanted to mix it up a little.

2 things, first I wish we didn't have to be obligated to use mashu for this fight because I think if not it would be easier to solo with barghest (maybe?) and 2 I'm F2P with about 60 Sq and seeing just how good some of the future supports are I'm going to have to go on getting them first, hopefully I get lucky

Just a friendly reminder to not forget your Pierce Invul CEs during this fight. I certainly don't, I ain't dealing with unnecessary gacha.

I memed this fight the long way round with Himiko, Castoria, Regular Merlin. Prisma Cosmos on all 3, plus good use of CCs (Great Fool of Owari was a fucking beast here on Himikos Buster Card, 30% Crit damage buff against divine) All in all: good shit, fun stall

How have you not unlocked a single append skill on anyone? I maxed Castoria's Mana Loading first chance I got, allowing her to NP in certain scenarios that wouldn't have been possible otherwise.

I'm very lazy when it comes to appends and CCs in JP 💀 You are right though, I should get on those.

honestly this fight should be one of the easier ones, since unlike the other two boss fights, you don't get stunned to high heavens here. So the immortal team is good to go here. Granted you need to have your own stuff to make it work. Too bad I don't have my own castoria so being forced to bring Holmes is a headache. I did manage to beat Koyan with my Meluko :), so not too bad. At least I was able to do one. The aphrodite one is beyond me. Between her debuffs and her NP drain, there's no way I can survive the battle

and this is a prime example of why arts stall teams are the best

This Super Quest is cancer cause of the permanent Caenis attack buff stacks and eventually can one hit you. Thankfully there is a solution by using command codes that remove a stack or two of those said buffs.

They would be better than Benienma in this battle. The team healing and buffs they stack make it even safer here.

not only that, mash is twice as tanky here which makes even worse, u pretty much pray caenis keeps targeting her to get her out of the way early

The fps is smooth because FGO JP has an option to do battles in 60 fps now, as long as your device can handle it. I'm not even using an emulator, all footage is me always playing on my phone. Here's hoping FGO NA gets this option early too because it feels so nice and smooth.

@@idkidk4872 My phone also supports higher refresh rate, so the game is also running on 120 hz. That helps in the smooth look for sure.

W8 how could caenis has 1 million HP? I tho she was supposed to have only 200k-ish hp each bar

It's the super recollection version of the fight. All the bosses in it have like 5x the HP than they had before.

Never thought castoria can be use in a stall team.

İ hope now the people recognize quick potential a little bit more i hate people always saying well quick cant do much damage as buster does or we dont have a good quick looper like s.ishtar ext. Quick is meant to generate stars consistent and power up all of your cards with giving you a chance to crit with them.i personaly think quick is very good right now
