Играл давно на ICC партию толи 340 ходов, толи 360 был отбор Дос Эрманаса помню после 21 хода на доске получилась битая ничья. Потом при анализе заметил, что ровно на каждом 50-м ходу менялось количество пешек. Стало ясно, что я играл против проги, тоже и в этой партии стороны очень долго ходили вокруг и около, не удивлюсь, что было сделано под 500 ходов (не считал).

If what human grandmasters discovered were perfect chess theory,some of them would be winning against such engines as stockfish,but their too much positional understanding betrays them and we can always go back to the greatest mathematician, Emmanuel Lasker,the official second world champion,who said chess is 99% calculation, theory is in fact derived from well calculated variations.So, Alphazero calculates deeper than Stockfish,we cannot trust these so called Alphazero vs stockfish on you tube.

Their ELO's are actually in the mid to low 3800's I think not 4000. To have a 4000 rating you would have to beat engines almost as good and not lose to them for 100s of games at very difficult statistics. Were talking massive strength gain to go 3850 to 4000 which is really an incredible amount, since where Stockfish Dragon Lc0 and some russian one and this newer alpha zero are at, took incredible statistics to get there. You would have to beat engines that are really incredible and stomp them that are 3700 almost as good engines to get to 4000. Stockfish might of hit 3900 but 4000 is an exaggeration due to it being like a good advertisement. I don't know the math here but it might be a scientific notation number amount of added strength to add +150 to something that is radically high already. The best GM's are 2800. This is classical chess strength not online blitz where some Gms can hold 3200. You are talking really really big power hard to understand here. Not sure how strong the new alpha zero is but was not top 4 before. Dragon and leela was much stronger but this new one might be better, hard to tell yet. Well i dont know what im talking about dont listen to me really lol. And the video might be boring but look at the endgame you will never see anyone play an endgame like that where they are probing for flaws for a long long time. If you think thats an easy endgame just chessable a rook queen ending and you will be shocked how many tactics there are. And this has 2 rooks a knight and a queen so hard to not mess up if your a human vs it.

With accurate play, for any K+P v K ending where the defending king is in front of the pawn, the attacker can only win if his king is one square in front of the pawn and with the opposition, or 2 or more squares in front of the pawn with or without the opposition. Except that if it is a rook pawn it is a draw unless the pawn can outrun the defending king.

You can't see it because you're a fish. This is a standard opening, played for hundreds of years. If Nxe4 then Re1 wins the pawn back.

Absolutely, at 30:35 I knew it is gonna be a draw and was pointless to continue, even with one pawn advantage against black the white pawn won't get through since black King has overruned it's path! 😑😑

No white can't make this move it s immediate draw by repetition if white rook pins queen then black plays Rh7, Kg4 is forced then Rg7 and king must go back.
