I'm always really impressed by these. This is so dope.

I would pay for an entire game that looks like this. Not even a Marvel game, just a game with this type of GORGEOUS and fluid sprite-based animation. John has come so far with these!

Cool that you noticed that Wanda actually ripped Xavier’s head in two instead of just snapping his neck.

Man, I feel like the Horror element is cranked to 11 in this one! Love that style! A horror 16 bit game would go hard. :) Airdorf made "Faith" scary as hell. This would pop off too!

She's not breaking the fourth wall. . . She is looking directly into your soul.

The only thing that would have made this scene better (in the movie, i mean, that animation is flawless) is if when Xavier goes inside Wanda's mind he saw Magneto as a surpressed memory and he realise she's secretly his daugther and that initial shock is what give her the window of opportunity necessary to kill him.
