This is indeed an iconic house. I'm not even a Sinatra fan but I actually like the fact that they play his music, it's something I look forward to when I go for my walks. Hopefully, the new owners will keep that tradition alive. Gives the area that extra bit of charm. Good luck James, though you'll have no problem selling it!

Those of us who grew up & continue to go to PT Pleasant, know this house well. Always look forward to hearing a Sinatra song while walking the Boardwalk. It's a shame the remaining family have decided to sell it.

Unless you answer 60 questions correctly on millionaire, besides you have to answer 70 questions correctly on millionaire to get more than 4.4 million
