    How is it tough to get behind? I don’t understand that comment at all lol. I own a 21’ VN (manual) and it’s an absolute dream to own. I had zero hesitation in purchasing it. There is literally nothing like it for it’s price point. They’re monsters on the track. It’s also faster than most golf GTI’s and can gap any STI in a stock to stock roll race. People are still stuck in the 90’s thinking Hyundai only manufactures unreliable vehicles and get so caught up in the branding. Wake up people. Hyundai is evolving as a brand!

    Well said. The LSD is amazing and it corners like a monster. I couldnt be happier with my purchase it is amazing what it can keep up with on the track. Dollar for dollar its a great car and comes with a 100k warranty. The onlt thing it lacks is it damper settings. Even in normal it is a bit stiff for daily when driving 20-40mph but over 40 its smooths out real well in all modes.

    i UNDERSTAND the automatic & dct difference between the 6mt but theres NOTHING like throwing ur left foot down on the clutch @ 5k rpms under a tunnel and hearing those pops .

    Saw veloster N and I had to click. I own a manual, my girlfriend has the auto and i gotta agree the dct is the move. That transmission is so snappy

    @mgray999 Bit mixed on it, both have ups and downs. If I had to choose I'd still take my manual just cause I enjoy rowing through the gears. If you're looking for the most fun and engaging experience go with the manual, the pops and bangs sound much better in the manual. If you want the most speed and power out if the platform go for the dct, the shifting is lightning quick and it is faster than the manual. Most think it comes down to the driver but the DCT has been shown to put more power to the ground from the factory.

    I’m also a subie fan, owned a 2002 2.5rs and a 2018 WRX but the right build on a veloster n could challenge the sti honestly. Also depends who’s driving it. Only thing the STi will have on it is the drivetrain.
