You know, there is a SEEECRETTT early game money making method on ironman. It's called getting a cow head and leeching t2 arachnes; can make up to 12m per hour and all you need is a cow head and ender armor + void sword.

Fun fact the Ironman game mode was first done by a KZreadr called th3three who started it before the end update came out. It led to ragetrain starting to play it. And eventually thirtyvirus started doing it ( all of this hardcore Ironman not just Ironman )

icl you have valid points except when you realise; you can do anything you can do on ironman on a normal profile, its a pve game, theres no competition, nothings forcing you to buy items to skip progression etc. just a matter of what the players themselves want and if they realize theyre playing the game for fun & themselves, and so; play in a way they find fun, or not.

I think the rift was a great post covid change from huge grinds to more entertaining

my morale would be a lot higher if cookies were cheaper. nobody wants to buy cookies at their current price

As someone who does not have time to grind for every thing but you still want to experience skyblock just dont use ah you still have to work for collections the only difference is instead of grinding hours to get 48 enchanted grilled pork by hand for a pig man sword you can still spend a while grinding money and buy some from bazaar which is still not experiencing that much but its better then just buying the best stuff from the ah and speeding threw the game

Honestly as someone who doesnt have a massive amount of time to play the game i love when i log on and make a small amount of progress because i can relate it to my hours and see how far/close to goals i get each day

Imo the most comfortable way to play this game is to play like an Ironman on a normal profile. You still get the enjoyment of crafting things yourself getting collections etc. But you also have the flexibility to skip extreme rate RNG drop with coins and sell items to other people. Which means just playing the game and not grind coins and buy every everything

ironman fun but i been grinding classic duels lately thats been enojoyable basically I was tank so grinded out beheaded horror and almost have enough viscera for reaper mask... then I grinded F4, got sceptre, switched to mage... i really hope that reaper mask is worth it in the future :sob:

I prayed for a week straight for ender armor and it took me 30k kills to get boots for my whole co-op. my first thing of ender boots was 20k kills. that was how I afforded my first cookie back when they were 8m each

8:54 is too real, i dropped 5 bones, 3 recombs, a spirit sword, 3 spirit boots, 5 spirit pets, and a good few spirit stones all between my 2nd and 3rd spirit wing which was a span of 100ish runs, still very lucky yes but god i wish i got that 3rd wing sooner

No, No, No. We grind for unstable dragon. That armor is highly under-rated when fully dungeonized and 5 starred. I was able to do stuff as a tank on f5 and assist without dying on f6

I loved the days when people flamed ironman players, and then Thirty came and saved us all. But to be completely fair Ironman is the only game mode that I approve of, even Stranded is cooler than Classic, I have prices turned on in my mods and some stuff is completely bonkers, 20 jungle keys are 2+ mil coins, if you play your cards right that is just a small trip every 3 minutes or so for like 15 minutes as the guardian drops 2 usually. (Let's not even talk about how much money powder-grinding for robotron parts probably makes)

I don't have enough time to play regular Game , Ironman is a far cry

pretty much sums up my 400 levels ish on ironman (admins please fix ironman money its horrible, 1 MONTH of mining for a few magical power really?!) overall best gamemode :)

Ah yes, the gamemode where RNG can and will throttle your game progression causing you massive amounts of grief But hey, at least you don't have to interact with SkyBlock players too much Was fun while it lasted but being screwed over by RNG was not fun (7.1m Rev XP before dropping a single shard, 2500+ bedrock chests for handle)

For me and lots of others, the worst part of skyblock is how grindy it is; so that pretty much makes ironman the worst gamemode

Idk man, the normal game constantly makes me feel like if I'm not making money I'm just wasting time. Why would I ever play the game as intended when I can just punch glass for a few hours and buy the items I want? Why grind a skill unless I'm able to do it at the most optimal level? I could just grind money for the optimal setup faster. There is almost no part of the game on a normal profile that is worth spending time doing over grinding money
