India should invest in Research Hyperloop is on such thing. India should invest in other technologies like Fusion reactor, Large Hadron Collider, Quantum Computers these are cheaper than building Hyperloop between two cities, but attract more scientist to India. Having more scientist in India will encourage more investors to fund research in India.
