I ordered one on the day they came out from Sweetwater. I got a call two days later telling me i wouldn't get it until November. Cancelled the order and bought an American Silver Sky.

In the UK I have ordered a Blue one BUT there is already a 3 months waiting time. What upsets me a that is you have to pay up front even though it will be months before I can hope for delivery.

Way to go Kyle! That is a cool shade of green. The blue and moon white are, as you stated, nice colors too. That berry red was my least favorite of the four . A cardinal red would have been good. Welp, looking forward to you getting it and sharing it with us. Enjoy it brother man! I hope they send you a perfect specimen . Later Kyle. I like it too, I’m looking forward to seeing it in person! Haha being an Auburn fan I didn’t want either of them to win 😄. Kidding of course, happy to see the SEC on both sides and it was a good game even if it was a rematch. But I’m never upset if Alabama loses haha! Take it easy!

Sweet looking guitar you picked up, it's only January and that's one new guitar for the year, or is it two? I know you got a Gibson 50s Les Paul but I don't know if you bought it last year or this year, whatever the case, that's 2 new guitars within a months time. You're batting 1000 right now.

It was tough to pick a color but I’m interested to see the green looks like in person. Yeah I picked up the LP in December, that one was a fluke haha. It was almost 1k off, had to get it! I’ve got a few more coming soon too, I’m hoping to keep them rolling this year!

Dang, there was a bunch in stock at Sweetwater an hour ago. I took a nap, and they are all gone! lol. Used market is going to be flooded with 'em.

I couldn’t believe how fast they were going, every time I refreshed the listings were different. I’ve got that feeling too, there are going to be a ton of people trying to flip them while the supply is scarce.

@@oldnorthstatefishing3912, Funny that depending on the light it can be red, purple or pink. In the good light in my shop it looks more pink and I turn it and it is purple. I just didn't want green! It looks like all the stone blue ones were given to KZreadrs! But, I love the way it sounds and plays through my tube amps with no pedals.

Hi Kyle , I have a question that I hope isn't to broad but anyway here goes: What exactly is tone and is it subjective to individual preference or is there some kind of a measuring stick or formula that says the perfect tone is like this? The reason for asking is that I watched quite a few videos which talks about tone and it's pretty puzzling to comprehend and understand. Let's say a famous guitarist likes the way his guitar sounds does it mean that he has the perfect tone and that's what we all should judge tone by? To me what I think of as a nice tone is the sound that is pleasing to my ears that I can clearly hear so when notes and chords are played through distortion I have no clue as to how one can determine good tone. I need to learn a lot.

I’ll try to explain how I think of it. Tone is a combination of the way your gear sounds together and the way you shape your sound with the frequency controls. It’s how warm, bright, bassy, tight, clean, crunchy, etc. your guitar and amp sound mixed with any effects. So the individual gear has its own tone and the sum of the parts has a tone. Good tone is totally subjective, it’s all about what sounds good to your ears. There are of course artists to try to emulate who have what is generally considered good tone, but there are also artists who have used something that may be considered bad tone to great effect. It’s all what you like and how you use it. Dialing it in just takes time to experiment and learn how to get sounds you’re happy with.

@@onemoreguitarchannel Thanks for the explanation, from what I do understand it's leaning more towards individual taste rather than something like a note going flat that is clearly distinguishable. I was wondering if it was like when a famous chef cooks something that tastes awful but since he/she was the one who prepared it everybody says it tastes good when it doesn't. I saw some videos that debate saying that tone comes from the hands while the other side says tone comes from the equipment. No two hands are the same so logically the tones cannot be the same whereas equipment can be the same and adjusted the same so the tones are the same. Like you mentioned as long as I get the sound that I like then that's the correct tone for me. Got it, thanks again .

Got the evergreen myself on preorder so have no idea what the weight and fretboard look like. It's like not knowing whether your having a boy or a girl. Surprise will be here soon. Congrats 🎉

You guys cannot beleive how lucky you are in the US. In EU there were not a single one on stock, nowhere. Also price is like 30% plus or more. I made my pre-order for 999 EUR and the store even not replied that they secured me one for at least Q1 2022. Such a joke, maybe I'll cancel this and check back reverb like 6 months or so :D

Yeah the minute Andertons dropped their video they were already gone from their store, I couldn’t believe it. Sounds like it will be a few month before they are back but should be fully available at regular price sometime this year.

@@onemoreguitarchannel the Epiphone 2021 Custom modern figure and prophecy Models are high end guitars in a few months they will be going way up in price but at least they are very much worth it...these PRS Silver Sky SE are nothing more than a Squier with the PRS name
