@@smartypants4571 No they are not. They are vacant canyons surrounded by boring glass towers with no setbacks. Just imposing glass walls rising up hundreds of feet from the narrow sidewalks. Compare this monstrosity to Rockefeller Center or even the World Trade Center replacement.
If it were 1968, this could easily be an artist's conception of what Manhattan may look like in the year 2020.
