Our team OPS is good but they haven't been producing runs, they constantly strand runners on base. Combine that with all the pitching problems and it's made for a pretty rough start to the season.

Besides Javier that pitching rotation on IL won a World Series 2 years ago lol. Sad times for Astros fans, right now.

They didn't just win with that rotation, they were locked down. Had Kyle Schwarber trying to bunt for a hit by the end of game 6.

I completely agree, but I’d also like to add that a couple of our offensive members could be doing a lot better Mr. Abreu Big issue is the fact we have a new Coach

Astros have had the Hardest Schedule by Far. No under .500 teams until the Nationals.

The problem with the offense is that the 4-9 slots except for Pena. Bergman with zero power so far this year. that being said is their starting rotation and their set up and closer are having a horrid start. There is no hole to get out because it is buried because of not being able to hold leads or score enough runs to offset this obvious problem. Though 23 games is sometimes too early to tell. what happens if they are 22-28 after 50 games. Basically being a tad over .500 after this start. The wake up call is not only just away games but home games in which they have been swept twice. You have to first make the playoffs to win any World Series. Worst case is to go at least 80-57 over the next 137 games.

Yeah the lineup is doing fine EXCEPT Jose Abreu! He has a .068 batting average. He can't even hit the ball out of the infield! Not to mention he is a FAIR first baseman at BEST. They could pull any first baseman from AAA and stick him on first and have better results. Seriously, I am SICK of waiting on this guy to start pulling his weight! Send him to AAA or AA or just release him. Just take the loss and say "we made a mistake". Do whatever but just get him out of the lineup! I'm not crazy about Singleton either but at least he can hit the ball farther than my sister!

That was the Angels record in 2002 to start the season, the year they won the WS. I'm an Angels fan, so I'm not defending the Astros lol - it's just 6-14 is etched into Angel fans' minds.
