Respectfully, it's not what I took away. One should always seek cure and "aafiyah" from Allah swt, but bear with patience and dignity whatever Allah swt decrees for you (despite your supplication for ease). That is true "tawakkal"/trust in Allah swt. Wallahu A'alam

Many of the Quraysh accepted Islam after the opening of Makkah, and so these (as well as many other) incidents were narrated by these new entrants to Islam.

Say it's not true: The Qur'an says that it's not a sin to deceive in defense of the Ummah. This seems to me perfectly moral. Mash'allah.
