"MOTHER, may I?...", is asking permission and GIVING respect
Her book "Braiding Sweetgrass" is a wonderful read, no its an adventure.
That is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard. It’s the way.

It's obligatory reading in my class in environment here in Sweden!
I envision (and working to create) a world where we all regard life like this.
The truthfulness of this made me cry. I’m glad I cried. God bless all who created this and blessed us with it. I will share this site and video with as many people I can. It’s the most respectful thing I have encountered in decades. Many decades. I’m 80. God bless this earth, everything on it and especially all the people, we have so much goodness to tap into at the real core of our being. Thank you God, I am so Grateful. Love to you all.

Yes @@muffinfingerz5796 there is irony but they still got something good out of it. It's hard to break out of old habits.
Thank you, Robin, for sharing your beautiful thoughts, and feelings; they are precious. And, as for our being the "younger brothers"....surely, we do not need to embrace Patriarchy, which is the root of so much suffering and destruction.
