Words can not, CAN NOT, describe how much I love this game. I recently got back to playing it after my uncle enabled family sharing for his library of games. When I first played it, I was excited but not very experienced with metroidvania games. I died a lot, missed a couple of things, etc. But now, after nearly 2 years of not being able to play it, I got back, and I'm so happy to play it again. I didn't think this game would get any more popularity until silksong came out, which it hasn't yet. Anyways, this game is a masterpiece. And I love it.

@Skyrionn right. Also, about those 5 endings, I managed to get endings 1, 2, and 5. But I'm not able to get the ending with giving "Godseeker" the delicate flower cause I try to get the game to 100% and more. I believe that was ending 4 in this video. At first, I didn't know that certain side quests had different outcomes. But after watching a few videos on this game, I realized that. Currently, I am trying to get ending 3, where Ghost defeats absolute radiance and becomes the Abyss lord.

This is NOT what I was expecting from this channel, but oh my goodness I am so happy it happened!

Kind of surprising that you are mostly focused on covering lore of VALVe-related games yet you cover Hollow Knight, of all other games really. I love this game to the core.

Hollow Knight is just one of those games I fell in love with. It was also a nice break to work on something different from HL haha

That was incedable! I LOVE Hollow Knight and it's lore and hearing it put together like this is so enjoyable. Amazing work, thank you so so much for all you time and effort to bing us this! My fav endings have always been Dream no More and the Delicate Flower ending. They seem to be the most complete endings for me. Though the Siblings ending is easily the saddest. First time finding the channel, though I would like to recommend videos/topics on Vigil, Salt and Sactuary or Eternal Darkness? What timing! I started Hollow Night a couple years ago and made it four hours in before bouncing off of it. Been on a Metroidvania kick lately though, so I started it up again a month ago. I just beat it last night and absolutely loved it. Count me as one of the many many people eagerly awaiting Silksong. Hollow Night is a masterpiece!

Man you were surprisingly neutral/generous to Radiance and Pale Wyrm. They were both petty gods. Embrace the Void is the canon ending for me because Radiance and Pale Wyrm both get their come uppins, Radiance dies and Pale Wyrm's legacy is returned to the void. It also allows for Silksong to still take place.

I already know quite literally all of this, but just have to see your cover of the lore. Hollow Knight is my favourite game of all time and this is a gift. Thank you Skyrionn :D P.S. 7:53 made me chuckle 😅

This was originally going to be a Talos 2 timeline but I've held out a little because I know there's some DLC on the way. Hopefully it drops before I plan the next timeline!

my notes of some mistakes/erros: i will ignore everything about mind cus its really inconsistent and the community cant agree in anything 13:50 i dont think that lighthouse was made that soon, it probably was only made during the creation of the pure vessel () 15:20 i believe ALL the moths forgot about the radiance, i think the statue at kingdoms crown is the reason she survived 21:40 the soul sanctum was probably made after the infection trying to make a cure Not a error but you should have talked about the east tears quarantine where ppl started to even cannibalize each other 37:50 as the video is called timeline i will point that this didnt happen immediately as you made it look like 48:50 the tower of love was owned by the dead bug in qg that collected grubs, the collector got this habit by this reason 54:20 the jellyfish actually were supposed to contain the infection inside themselves to protect the area i'll finish this later, still havent watched the whole vid

About Unn, Godseeker implies her fading is due to losing land, devotion and dream so her fading probably started when the White Lady claimed ownership over the caverns that became Queen's Gardens, and leater worsened with the building of roads and the infection breakout

Thanks for watching! As with anything in the Hollow Knight lore, it was down to interpretation and building that "bridge" between lore points. Nothing solid in terms of research, just my way of envisioning how The Radiance was sealed within The Hollow Knight :)

Interesting how you put the acquisition of monarch wings after watcher knights + lurien, when to even get to watcher knights you need monarch wings (unless you pogo skip). Doesn’t really matter since you can do things in this game in mostly whatever order you want but I thought it was interesting.
