It honestly amazes me the work that was put into Road 96, all the voice acting for every possible scenario, and how they have multiple options for every situation you’re put in. Add in Kevin’s chaos with the endless possibilities and it’s a recipe for success!

@@jellytonixgaming6043 exactly. I play the game through out about a week and fell deeply in love with it. I hope they come out with a sequel or some sort of new content become all there is to do once you complete the game is to play again to get every other encounter you didn't in your first playthrough or to try getting a new ending.

@@eviljesus84 That means that changing one choice counts as a different story permutation probably. Kinda like mcdonald's like 38 (forgot the actual amount) different flavours (maybe it said combinations which would be much more accurate but I don't remember) or something but actually it is like 8 and all the 'different' flavours are just changing 1 because you get two in each cup. Anyway when they did that, they literally just had coke and then the other flavours were always broken

You know a game is good if Kevin legitimately tries to win and makes no effort to break it

@@562crazygamer well i dont see a way he could break it. Everything happens after you do an Action. Like clicking an chat option. Without that nothing happens in road 96.He could just walk around the small given area for Hours but nothing will happen. Its not like other games he plays where he finds way to duplicate stuff or finds weird glitches.

@@fluffypuffyboy586 plenty of games work that way, it doesn't mean it's impossible to duplicate money or find weird glitches. No code in existence is 100% perfect there's bound to be bugs and exploits if you're committed enough to finding them.

Kevin, if you keep playing, there'll be a definitive end. I thought 1 playthrough to freedom was the actual end, but its not. You gotta play all episodes to get real endings.

such a fun game, played it myself a year ago and keep meaning to go back and try again.

It took me since last time to realize that Tyrak is just pixelated Leonid Brezhnev.

Also just in case you’ll play this again, the important choices you make have a little symbol on the left. Either a fist, a voting ballet, or a knapsack. These affect the potential endings.

Makes sense. Kevin mostly choose the revolt options (the fist), which is to be expected since its the one that leads to chaos, and thats why the country burned. Nice to know that, even unintencionally, everything Kevin touch will end up on fire.

I know it's a typo, but I read "voting ballet" and envisioned the election day results being read out to the tune of Madam Butterfly lol

Kevin trying to immediately run out onto the road and be hit by a car is the most Kevin thing he could do

please, please, please make this into a mini series, Kevin! I'd absolutely love to see how election day would turn out in your playthrough!

Maybe it's because he uploads every other day now so he has more time to record each video. Probably less taxing than recording different games and editing for almost daily uploads?

The big reason Kevin is able to do longer content is because he's taking a much more relaxed pace. To upload everyday you have to fit in your recording and editing into a very rigid schedule. Less uploads gives more time for editors to work, making long form content more cost effective and you can block shoot some content a few days a week to give yourself more days off.

8:10 I did not expect that Death Road to Canada music there. I wish Kevin kept playing that game, when you have all the upgrades, and with the current updates, it's one of the most fun games out there.

As a huge fan of both Kevin and Road 96, this was a treat once again! Lost it at the Wii Tanks music during Alex' game 💀

I want a whole stream of Kevin doing all the routes

My brain went “oh good for him” when Kev passed up the chance of what looked like Idle Breakout to me before learning it was a tank game. Then he made the bullets bouncy. Relapses happen

this was fun and nerve-racking at the same time 😂 only Kevin can accomplish this combo

I love it when Kevin throws in a random "after" just to prove he's Irish.

Intense game, felt very nerveous watching the end, but when Kevin plays serious you know the game is tough right from the start.

Cool seeing another video for this - I played a ton of this game after seeing your first one. My advice: remember any phone numbers you see (on billboards and such) because you can ring them up on any playthrough for laughs and wacky antics (I think those are your favourite type of antics if I remember rightly)

I dearly hoped Kevin will one day come back to this game. It's really entertaining to watch him go through all of that 😆.

Suprised Kevin came back to this game...Road96 really is a MUST PLAY...you have to experience it

I originally played this game for a full playthrough all because of Kevin's first video on it. absolutely one of my favourite games I've ever played. I'm waiting until it's less fresh in my mind to give it some additional new game plus playthroughs to try for different endings can't wait to see how Kevin plays it though, this has to be great

My day instantly gets better whenever a new Kevin video comes out, and these long form ones are just more than I could ask for, I love it

I’ve seen all of the outcomes for this game but I definitely wouldn’t mind watching Kevin do a play through of the entire game! Especially since he likes it. 😊

I had to rewatch the “head like a lighthouse” bit 6 times before moving on. I lost my mind laughing. God I love Kevin.

Weirdly it’s only really the demo that’s randomly generated, the main campaign is actually almost identical for everyone, but it does a fantastic job at hiding it.

Nah, the encounters are pretty much random based on where you are and how you choose to travel. That scene with Jarod at the old Brigades base was one of the last ones I saw in my playthough.

The checkpoints at the end were terrifying. I can't believe it actually ended that way (trying to avoid spoiling the end of the video)

you should totally play more of this game! the first time you played it and uploaded it inspired me to get it myself, and it’s become a comfort game for me

I literally finished this game myself yesterday and saw you made this video on it. I highly recommend you continue to play this game, it has a great vibe and atmosphere to it, especially with the soundtrack which I wish you could have on without copyright issues. It's a great game with some fun scenarios and a good story. It is really satisfying trying all the different ways to cross the border as well.

@@confusedzebra3161 Well the terrain is randomly generated but there's a lot of preset scenes between characters that can happen! But since there's a lot of options you often see new ones in different playthroughs! :D

I hope there's a DLC where you can play as someone who is for Tyrak, but is wandering to the border for a different reason, but at the end you have a choice, escape or leave. Like , a character related to a government official that has a goal to get to the border to personally stop the kids crossing. you know like the...."german" youth in WW2

They didn't make any DLC for this game, but they announced a prequel focused on Zoe. Look up "Road 96: Mile 0"
