Every second comment is about HOI4. I'm old. I had to use the "g search engine" to find out what HOI4 stands for. Anyway. My knowlege about Tuva wasn't better. I only know that it's a region in Russia. One of the most poor ... if not thee most poor ... region in Russia. And that the people there are mostly buddhists and look more "asian" than "slavic". So what exactly inspired you to make a video about this region?

Im not sure, but where did you find that Tuva’s capital changed its name to Kyzyl in 1944? Online almost all sources agree the change took place in 1926. Excellent video as always though!!

Interesting that the flat at 1927 has a Mongolian inscription; bügüde nayiramdakü Tuva arad ulus, бүгд найрамдах тува ард улс, Tuvan People's Republic. I was curious about this; the Wikipedia article on Tuvan language states that they formerly used Mongolian as a literary language, which makes sense given the influence of Mongolian culture and Buddhism there. The flag is actually wrong; the Mongolian is mispelled. The bottom-left spells nayiramdakü, when it should be nayiramdaqu; this is a vowel harmony error easy to make because of the weird way unicode encodes Mongolian script. This image is from Wikipedia, made by a diligent editor who seems to have reconstructed it from old images & transcriptions. However, if you check their two sources, images of the old flag read nayiramdaqu as expected. Also, the wikipedia flag reads 'Tuva', whereas the sources have 'Tiva', which reflects the Tuvan language name Тыва/Tyva.

Only "crazy" thing that happened in Tuva was the 1929 coup which put stalinists in charge and repressed Buddhism. Their population didn't even exceed 100,000.

Все сибирские регионы, так называемые области и края являются исконными землями тываларов (тувинцев). Русские этнографы умышленно неправильно называли тываларов - тофаларами, таваларами, дубаларами, тубаларами и т.д. Русские политики специально заселяли исконно тувинские земли - киргизами, казахами, монголами, китайцами и евреями. Русский Кремль незаконно передал часть тувинских земель Рудный Алтай (Восточный Казахстан) в состав Республики Казахстан, а монголам - Северную Монголию (несколько районов). Так называемый Китайский Алтай тоже является незаконной передачей алтайских (тувинских) земель Китаю. Президент России Владимир Путин (Шаломанов, русский еврей) незаконно (используя своё служебное положение) передал Китаю часть сибирских (тувинских) территорий в Забайкалье, то есть совершил предательство и государственную измену. Русский Кремль до сих пор игнорирует законное требование коренных народов Сибири упразднения (ликвидации) так называемой Еврейской автономной области в Восточной Сибири. Адольф Гитлер - еврей из Вены (Австрия), почти вся верхушка гитлеровской Германии были евреями. Евреи-нацисты сжигали в концлагерях коренные народы Сибири. И в настоящее время тувинские добровольцы так же насмерть бьются с европейским (еврейским) фашизмом в нацистской Украине. 10-12 тысяч лет назад на территории современной Европы лежал вечный ледник, тёплые течения Атлантического океана разбили огромный ледниковый щит, и когда ледник отступил взору открылась прекрасная земля, и туда ринулись все кому не лень, но до этого, во льдах жили люди, это гренландцы (эскимосы), то есть самые западные тувинцы. Современные европейцы в том числе славяне и конкретно русские пришли туда из Аравии (Арабии ) в том числе из Израиля (евреи это арабы) то есть у всех европейцев арабские корни, славяне осели на Балканском полуострове, оттуда их оккупация на названную ими Среднерусскую равнину, затем на Урал (Западная Сибирь) и далее до Тихого океана с выходом на Аляску. До русского нашествия на Сибирь были нашествия киргизов и монголов. Япония это якутские острова. Японцы это пришлые китайцы. Коренное население это якуты-айны, и так называемая сейчас Япония на самом деле принадлежит Саха-Якутии. Алтай это только название Алтай (Алтын Ай), а коренное население это тывалары (тувинцы), русские называют их алтайцами, кстати, некоторые окиргизенные - это относится и к Хакасии, хакасы и шорцы - таких народов нет, это остатки киргизского каганата на исконно тувинских землях. Хакасы - это название всего лишь одного кыргызского рода. Тувинская земля от Атлантики до Тихого океана, и тувинцы здесь коренное население, а русский народ (славяне) пришлые племена то есть оккупанты. Казачий атаман Ермак был на самом деле казнён тувинцами, то место казни сейчас называется село Ермаковское, Ермаковский район, Красноярский край, Республики Тыва. За все злодеяния и преступления Ермак был посажен тувинцами на берёзовый кол. Полки казаков (бригады спецназа) русского царя прославились своей жестокостью и садизмом по отношению к коренным народам Сибири. Совершая массовые убийства тувинцев, русские (славяне и евреи) стремились путём геноцида уничтожить культуру и язык. Не только "с Лениным в башке и с наганом в руке" завоёвывали Сибирь (Туву) русские (славяне и евреи), но и со своей религией - Христианством. Именно с Библией в одной руке, а в другой - бутылкой Русской водки подавляли независимость и самобытность коренных народов Сибири. Только в Тувинскую АССР шла водка из более ста спиртзаводов СССР. Не учебники, не игрушки ехали в Туву, а самый настоящий технический спирт, которым умышленно убивали и спаивали коренное население Сибири - тувинцев.
