Samsung having good software for flagship carries their phone that have a bad software in budget segment. By budget I mean bellow 20k. Ohh and don't even talk about the pre installed uninstallable apps that comes with samsung. I am talking about galaxy apps. Do even people use them ?? Why even bother giving these useless apps. I have not seen anyone talk about it. Atleast bloatware that comes with chinese mobiles are uninstallable. It is time we start counting these useless galaxy apps as bloatware

I bought M51 in 2020. And till today its one of my most cherished phones. The receptors stopped performing after a fall from stairs. But it still gives amazing backup and good to watch movies or read on the go 😊 The only disappointment was that Samsung didn't keep up the promise of OS updates. I got software updates till 2023. But stuck to one UI 5😢

@@harshitraj4589 i am a heavy user i use my phone for 16 17 hours mostly youtube for classes and instagram. I charge my phone 85% every day at 9 am to 10 am 1 hr. And next day i found it 25 30 %. Even sometimes i play bgmi 3 4 tdm matches. I never faced battery issue in this phone it has been 3.5 years. Using without any single problem.

Only legends know Samsung made his comeback through M series..before that they used Samsung Experience Os Which was shit ..OneUI was introduced in M series and I had an M20 .that was a beast in that price segment

I had M51 which had Snapdragon and also 7000Mah battery but it's charging port started malfunctioning and screen started flickering too. and then I had to sell it even tho it was a good phone,I hope Samsung improve its products with the recent green line issue in Samsung S21 series.

I have been using Samsung phone since 2019. ( Used Redmi 4, 2017-19 & Lyf Flame 8 during 2016-17 & Nokia Lumia 530 2014-16 ).😇 Bought Samsung M30s in Oct 2019. I was impressed with display, battery and little bit camera. But one UI core felt decade behind from MIUI 11 that time.😔 Features that I missed, trash folder in files, gallary and SMS. No speed meter, no app lock, no screen recording and so much more daily use feature in notes, cleaner etc feature missing. That phone updated from One UI 1.1 upto 3. Even after Google gave Screen recording in Android 11, Samsung removed it when they provided Android 11 update which was last update in that phone, that was such an evil move to remove feature of even stock Android.🤬 Last year I planned to buy Chinese 5G phone but their quality was not like before. Motherboard issue in Poco, lag in OS in Realme, Greenscreen in OnePlus. Saw 4 years of update support and Knox security and secure folder in M34, bought it again. Gladly this time most of the useful features are there but still they don't show internet speed. Sync with Samsung cloud is still not properly integrated, also after update I saw calculator and clock app missing, while useless apps like Samsung shop, Samsung max and one drive kind of bloatware included 😒🤦🏻

Galaxy f62 here in nepal is sold as M62 and its been over 2years it working smooth as butter

Just got the solution for gallery app Go to settings > about gallery > tap 5 times on build no. > Go to gallery labs > Under one ui 5.x > Enable album entry locks > Click ok > select albums and you're done !

Being A F62 User since May 2021 I Can Say That It Was One Of The Most Polished Devices By Samsung Ever, From Proper Access To GoodLock, Samsung Pay, Pass With Proper Triple Simtray Slot. The Only Flaw from it had from my side is very poor network reception, But Still it works so smooth till now.

Samsung on other hand charges you premium and offers 4 years old technology. Who even cares about brand? Learn to criticise these brands. Such toxic consumers are the reason why we are getting an exynos even in S series phone now [S24 lineup]. Am done with samsung.

@@doflamingo7973 actually I am currently using a Samsung A series phone and it's got its last update and I can say surely updates will make nothing better but worse you will see first they will chop down battery life at last they will completely destroy the camera to tryna force you to upgrade. Camera is not a huge thing for me in my phone so it doesn't matter but I can see for the average guys whom smartphone cam will be the only thing they have to take pics nd vids it completely being the reason to upgrade it's a dirty strategy 🥲

Mera M21 ke 4 saal hone wale hai November me... abhi bhi smooth chal rha hai, especially the battery and camera.... Android 12 ke baad ek major porblem/bug aya tha ki use karte karte suddenly phone hang hoke restart ho jata tha (I thought iska motherboard chala gya), but Samsung ne ek 900mb ka update deke wo problem fix kar diya... Overall I'm 100% satisfied with M21.... 😁

Night mode also captures flairs! Photos and videos me Details bhi pehle se bhot km hogye he!! White balance and hdr or highlight management is also very poor!!! Worst battery backup Faced these problems after updating to Android 14. Phle sabh badhiya thaa but now.... They're doing the same realme did with their previous smartphones..... New phones laa k purane degrade krdiye.... Budget smartphones me esa kro to samajh aata h prr 33k k smartphone me itnaa downgraded wo b within one year not fair!!! My samsung phone experience 🤗❤ I remember when i was at class 10 (crona time) my father brought me my first phone the Samsung galaxy m11 and that phone has a punch hole camera 😊. At that time who ever asked me about its price they think that it must be price of 17,000 rupees but at 10,000 that was awesome. Ya but it's processor sucks( snapdragon 450). Then after my 10th result i buied realme narzo 20( meditek g85). But intresting point you know, that m11 which i had given to my father is still in perfect condition except battery( which is facult of my father) . Now he had purchased motorola g34 but personally I was considering him m14 or m33 but he was bored. Taking about me i used realme 2 years and still it's best condition but on my last birthday my dad gifted me Motorola g73 which i was not expecting. Personally i will say Samsung is best❤. I give that phone because at that agei want a powerful gaming processor phone 😂

They Provide Best Update Tenure. But Not Quality Update. Users Complaining about problems in S20FE, S21FE etc after Update. Then,you can imagine situation of M Series Phones.

i purchased 2 samsung galaxy m21 moblie in 2020. in one motherboard dead after 2 years. in another still working fine after complete 4year.
