"What did I do??" Dude, you made somebody, who is willing to spend big $ on comic books, a very happy customer! You sent your books to a good home, where they'll be loved, and you likely made a career-long loyal customer. Not a bad outcome.

I gotta draw the line somewhere! Lol
Pedigrees are a pretty cool part of comic history. I’d love to own a book or two from different pedigrees at some point
I would say my collecting has changed over time. I used collect all Todd Mcfarlane books when I was getting back into the hobby. Now I'm at the point of wanting to part with a lot of what I collected so I can fund books that mean more to me now. On a side note, I'm so excited because the Tales to Astonish 27 book I bought from you just arrived today. Can't wait to open it. Thanks again Bry!
Well - easy come easy go -at least you had them, got to experience them
Definitely love the hunt as much as the score. And flipping at profit is great too
God almighty, I love that Best Comics set. Of course you had to get the set, man. At just four books, not doing so would have had some weird world-altering consequence. Thank you for saving the world, Bry. I've always just collected sloppy books I find cheap in the wild that remind me of being a kid again. A couple of years back, though, I picked up a massive lot of cheap high grade Savage Sword of Conan magazines and as I was bagging them I kept coming across the same name on those covers that just thrilled me and so have been trying to build the best Earl Norem collection I can afford to. I find this to be very, very satisfying.
Thanks for sharing your story about these books!
I’ve only just came across your channel and I’m also very new to collecting comics. It’s always nice to know there are people out there like your self to help us new people out haha

Glad to have you!!
No reason to regret the purchase. You made money and had the ability to make two videos. All great stuff
Thanks for alerting me to “Best Comics”…didn’t even know they existed!
Just started collecting comics again this March. So happy I found your channel. Lots of “Key” information hehehe
It's so easy to get pulled into the competionist or the this-is-so-cool approach. I know I struggle with not buying everything I want and trying to keep to what's a good investment.
Now that you've moved to Montana, you're using fishing terms!! Can't wait to hear the Mule Deer hunting comparison! 😂 Keep up the good work!

Great video. I love that set of all 4 books!
That is always difficult. Deciding what to keep and what to move
I started collecting comics 2 weeks ago & people like you I've learned a ton. I've spent way more money than I should recently but I'm learning, addicted & motivated to start being a collector. I've watched about 5-10 videos of yours a day with some others.
Short videos. Long videos. any information you can share on the hobby is great. keep it up!
Loved this video recently. I watch/listen while I'm driving often so I don't get a chance to comment. I love seeing the comic story lines, i.e. here's this situation, then another, an update! good stuff.
Never seen the Best Comics, thanks for sharing.
Talking comics is always great. Watched the whole vid 🫶🏻
Great content - and great prices on your site! What’s not to love?! ❤
I have a Betty and Me 16 CGC 6.5 white pager. Love it.
Really good information! This is one of my favorite channels. Thanks for taking the time to create this valuable content!
Bro you have helped me become more informed about comics and what to look for. I’m very new to comics
Definitely lots of emotion ,in buying and selling for me too .
I get sellers remorse sometimes too. Usually I’m trading though so the new books make me regret less. Even though those 4 books are rare birds . Something else cool will come your way. I just traded a Superman #45 and 2 weeks ago I found another copy plus an action #92 in higher grade at a yard sale already graded for $10 each. So keep spreading those treasures around and being a great guy and good things will come your way.
I agree 100% about respecting peoples collecting style. Ive seen it first hand just getting into collecting the negative comments. It almost made me stop collecting before I even got going.
Great analysis, i really appreciate your viewpoint!
Pretty cool story on the Best Comics books you have.
Great content mate!!! Always live your videos
Thanks for the video Bry. I have always viewed comic books as entertainment. The community camaraderie, stories, the hunt, and fun are what it is about. Few can be so creative that they can turn it into a successful business. Well done sir! Keep grinding bro!✌️
Those best comics even though low grade they present great and don't look like low grade
Nice to know that comic hunters/collectors all have that same issue when selling. I have to tell myself, “I can get one again if I really want to” when I sell a book. Collections change direction over time though. Great video as always
Great content takes time, I for one enjoy longer videos its better than multiple parts
1000% agree that people are sleeping on MCS auctions. Over the last couple months, I've secured three CGC mid-grade Batman Bronze-age books with Neal Adams covers (run-fillers, not keys) for less than case cost on all three.
Thanks for another solid video Bry.
Finally you got them, good for you. Awesome 👍👍
As always, an honest and candid video. Thank you my friend. Keep up the great and thoughtful work. Also, continue making videos your videos as long as you see fit and we'll keep watching.

Great video Bry! I would have kept the set on the wall but 10k in the pocket is always nice.
That fantastic four comic is looking nice!!!!
finally decided to start selling to fund the hobby, and yeah, figuring out what will remain pc and what I'm willing to part with has been difficult.

The catch and release is tough. I have a few more valuable books I just can't dream of parting with, but I really would love some higher dollar keys. I usually know right away once I get something in my hands if it's getting resold quickly, or if it goes on the wall. Luckily I have managed to let go of some of my books to cover expenses. The bigger problem is space - I don't wanna be that guy with 100 short boxes trying to unload it all when I'm old
As always, thanks for the video!!

Interesting how they are landscape versus portrait. Great collection.
Hey, Bry... ngl - the orientation of that Best #1 clinched the re-sale. Woulda' drove me crazy. This collector has found 'catch & release' collecting and sellers remorse are boon companions. To say the least Love the content - keep it coming.
Great video Bry! I recently decided to focus my collecting. I dont buy tons of the $1 books any more, I focus on books I consider to be my grails and buy for the hobby, not for investment.
Idk about catch and release. I mean, you cant take them with you but certain books will have to be pried from my cold, dead hands 💀

Regarding collecting style - “You do you”.
Everyone has their own style in collecting, it’s all correct if u know the pit falls. Research and enjoy
We need to split collectors. "Key Collector" and "Comic Collector" Huge difference between the two.
Great video bro, well said 👍 can tell it was a hard one to release
Great video, thanks!
I've had a few thousand comics for over 40 years. I rarely sell but need to.
Awesome little collection.
Drives me crazy when people get uptight about collecting styles. You dont have to collect just one way. I have a weekly pull, and tons of great reading material, but i also have slabs of those books that are a little more special. Big keys, first appearances, etc i just prefer in a slab. Most modern boojs really have no place in a slab, but thats just for ne, i aint getting mad because someone slabs a random captain America book from last year ... Maybe a little confused, but not mad. Just do what makes you happy and dont worry about what strangers online think about your collecting style
Glad u completed the set
...and Heritage likely has a 'relationship' with CGC, so good for CBCS and MCS. 10 years in the game now for CBCS and there's still this mindset one plastic is more valuable than the other, forget about the book inside. Forget that the same instrumental player helped form BOTH companies, until we collectors drop this mindset, it will continue. i use both companies, competition is always a good thing. Think of how long it would have taken CGC to turn their recent troubles around if there wasn't a CBCS around just waiting to take over the market? But again, group think has made that stagnant, Also, don't think CBCS was naming the Oxford Collection a 'pedigree', was more like a notable 'collection' much like CGC did with Jon Berk and Bobby Blue.

Yeah I’ve been pulling for CBcS for a long time…unfortunately I think they are the ones dropping the ball to be more competitive. So many missed opportunities over the last few years
Everyone is different especially when it comes to money situation. If I had a lot of passive income, I wouldn’t mind holding to a lot more books for longer term.
I hope your still doing great up in Montana.
First time seeing Best Comics!
awesome video!!!
Keep the money flow going! ❤
Need to start selling to fund my addiction
Thanks for the great video!! I'm new to comic collecting. Is there a video you have done that suggests a graded comic you can recommend that is amazing value say around $100 ?? Not big money I know but I want to invest in really good value comics that have the ability to increase in value over time.
You sold them? Lol Sharing the happiness. Very nice
Another great video man 😊
Need more mystery boxes please!

I think its crazy people still buy from cgc after all the crap theyve done
Pedigrees are dumb and just a way to squeeze more money, from the buyer.
Just found your channel.

Montana is beautiful
Cool that there’s an African American hero from 1939.
can you make your videos shorter ? LOL. i busted a gut when you said, no, i'm here to talk. lol. good job, bro. lol. #ROADTO20K
Those Best comics are dope!
I believe there may be a difference between the pedigree designation and having it stated as a collection. I have noticed CGC will note from a certain collection but not call it a pedigree in certain situations. Is this the same with CBCS?
Great video!
