The HIGHEST Beaver Dam I've EVER MET.
Ғылым және технология
Hello,
This dam height is about 2.5 meters. If it's not the highest it would take TOP 3 place in my dams library :)

Great framing of the video! It is fascinating to see the water rushing over the dam and to be able to see the water level drop in the background.
Slow, steady and SAFE tears out the dam Mantas. Like your style a lot. Can't wait to see the follow-up.
I love the sound of the wood 🪵 clunking when you throw it! 😁 ❤
The sound of this running water is so relaxing
Beavers make good walking sticks.
I'd love to travel to your country but I have a severe back disease and live on disability. I'm a retired Nurse. It's hard to look up ancestors on line. You work so hard for no pay just hurts my heart. It's such a necessary thing. Keep it up. I love watching your videos.

I do Pray that you are getting the care you need. I also am limited by the spine issues, and try to do what I can each day. Not what I had in mind when retired. Severe also. It is a beautiful country he is in. There is another channel I watch called msTECH86 where they are in Poland and do removals also, both hand and machine. Blessings upon you and I pray the pain eases up for you.

Doesn’t KZread revenue qualify as pay

@@connorhaley3190 I doubt he is making much with the views he has. What gets me is these guys doing lawns "For free" helping people out that get between 500,000 to 1 million views doing such noble work. The average for this is about $2,000 from KZread is revenue. The real heroes would also give this money to the people they help. I would do a full lawn make over for $2,000.

@@tedhardulak7698 You're very generous in determining that other people should give away their money after they've also done the home owner a favour by clearing their property. Then you go on to declare that you would do a full lawn make over for $2000 but no mention of giving the money away and who would be paying you that money? The homeowner? If you put your mind and effort to it you could do the property makeovers yourself and film the videos and see how many people want to watch you do it. Then you can cleanse your soul by giving away your income. Not likely eh?

@@Salutimondo Another judgmental person!! MY SOUL IS CLEAR. The only point I make is they are NOT doing it for FREE. Its for PROFIT with the videos. MY OPINION based on FACTS!!!
Awesome video would love to see it when the water is all the way down
That was some beaver dam. I don't think I would want to fall off that dam wearing those waders. They would make it seriously difficult to get out of the water again.

I agree. Chest waders full of water in such rapid flow and you're not getting out
This one looked dangerous!
Got nice swimming pool. Even has 9 foot deep end ha ha ha. Beaver really put some work in with that one.... Nice job👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
That is absolutely the tallest beaver dam I have ever seen. It is amazing what those beavers can do
Damn beavers and their damn dams!
Kenislovas 1 Angry beavers 0 !! That was some huge volume water there. Those beavers are very resourceful to build a dam that BIG. Amazing little creatures aren't they ??
You could imagine the beaver swimming up there and saying to itself WTF LOL
Post 10 approved!👍
Very hard and dangerous work but you did it well. Impressive person you are. Watching from Thailand.
Man that was huge!
It's huge! Well demolished.
Your biggest dam yet. I wish you had access to an excavator, you could have made the beavers cry. Dug all the way down and totally clean edges would hamper any idea of a rebuild. Still a great job.
i really miss drone footage, do some before and after draining, it will be cool
Holy smokes! 😯 That is going to be a big release of water 💦
That dam must have taken the beavers two or three years to build!

More like 2 or 3 weeks
its amazing how high those dams get
How did I miss this one? Great video and the water falls.
That looked bloody dangerous, take good care my friend.
hell yeah monster dam! Oh hell yeah and you have a downstream camera!
Beautiful job Mantas. That was the biggest dam I ever saw. Stay safe sir!
You had your work cut out for you in this one! But as usual, you took care of it with ease. Great job. Great video will continue watching.😊
I have never actually seen a real beaver dam in the wild. But you do got to be amazed by their dam building skills. All that being said they are also very destructive.
Beautiful waterfall. Lots of water in that one.
Wow! That was a scary one! Massive dam! Stay safe out there, I love your videos!!! 👍👍🙂✌️🇺🇸
Wow that’s a lot of water
got to ask, does your wife ever yell at you when you do dams like this one? i would. stay safe. saw you being careful on this one, but still scary.
I hope you gave some thought to an escape route before you started this one. Be safe and keep the videos coming.
I like how you’re showing what’s happened down stream.
Keep 'em coming!
No matter how big they get, you tear them down. Good work.
This would have been a good test of your drill auger!!!
Wow crazy amount of water and nice extra camera. Maybe you could consider making part two episodes so we can see the results of your work. It feels like every time it’s really flowing the video is over?
The guy on comments figures it took the beavers a long time. I know the situation similar. Beavers can do that in on a couple of days.
This was a super size beaver dam, great job on the dam.♥♥♥.
Oh Ken we love it , a master class. You are amazing.
Guau!!!! Mantas...de terror😱tremenda represa..!!! Buen trabajo💪💪💪cuídate mucho..estaba peligrosa 😬 saludos 🙋♀️👋💝🇨🇱
That's just crazy
wow and the water level to match it too
great video...keep making and we'll keep watching
A two day clearance project. Wow.
Most satisfying beaver dam removal I've seen so far!
Wow!!
Wow , that was a big one
High dam, for sure.
@post10 would be proud! Sweet video!
Where abouts are living? (appro), what is the catchment area? Does this amount of water causes flooding down stream? Or is the area so big, it does not matter? Thank you, Patrick, Northamptonshire, uk
This was a good one!!! I hope to see you come back and finish it.
Woah, beaver dam high rise. 😳 ambitious beasties, they created the Lithuanian Niagara Falls.
Sorry I missed your video I had to work Hope everyonhad a good day. Greetings
I was happy to see that you were cautious when you tackled this one!
That a massive dam. Will be waiting for the update on this one. Stay safe.
Congratulations on your waterfall. Thank you for another great video. 👍
The longest beaverdamn in the world is at Smith lake just west of Kalispell Montana. It's a big one. About a half mile long.
You could also use a single flat blade grappling hook attached to rope to pull it through the sand on the front end of the dam.
Dam!
Great video Mantas, that's a lot of work. Have you thought about making an extension for your rake handle for a longer reach or would that be too heavy? Incredible dam.
WoW!
Awesome
Wow.That was a lot of water.I thought you were going to be washed away with the current once.
It is amazing how much water, twigs, branches and a whole lot of mud can hold back. The down stream camera was worth a try, I am surprised the results were not so noticeable but upstaging that massive dam footage was always going to difficult. Fascinating stuff,
I'VE NOTICED AS OF LATE YOU HAVE BEEN USING CLOSED CAPTIONING, PLEASE KEEP IT UP... THANKS, BRIAN
you do a good job thanks xx
Great video
I watched through my hands it look so scary and dangerous😱- watched it twice thou just to see the bits i missed 🤣. Stay safe
Monster dam thanks!!
Be careful, stay safe. Wow that was a high dam.
Please be careful especially since you are alone. Great video once again!
well done !
Well damn!
Ooooh, that's a big one. :P
Bravo
why did you destroy this dam, was the water threatening roads etc.?
Good job
wow
Looks like one of the dams that were partially taken apart, seems like just that deep cut only gives them a bigger idea on making it bigger and bigger with each repair. Wonder if the dam was taken out completely that maybe they wont be able to make such a big dam. Hope you have a great day.
good one. keep safe
Nice
I am glad you were careful with this one. If that had come down while you were below it.... bye bye Mantas. I do like how you show most of the wood removal but on high speed. This one will need several trips I am sure.
👋👍
weal done you are a pro
I have dams 3x that height on my farm in mid Alberta, Canada.
💪🏻
8 ft 3in that is hugh hard work on this one
How about using A grappling hook attached to a hand powered winch for the tough and heavy parts.
How about using a 4 foot, (Meter and a half) gasoline powered chain saw to cut 2 or 3 vertical paths through the dam. The water would cool the blades, and the sand and silt would be pushed out of the way, the wood be cut. Yes the blades would need resharpening, maybe once or twice per dam, but I think quite a disruption of the structure of the dam itself. Yes would need CLAWING afterwards, BUT how much more effective to claw apart after the cuts. Anyway I'm curious, at 75 years old, I could never do such an experiment, and quite a video for you!!! ... Regards.
That had to be a million gallons of water. 👀 👀
looks like some of the sticks have been sawn off, i'm no expert doe.
From the USA.
I suport your activity when youre in action every single second like post 10
When you have a good stream going, why not take a breather and watch the water go. Also do you know where this particular stream of water is going next.
have ever dug a small hole in the bottom of the dam to get water trinkling out before working on the top of the dam?
The released water is quickly rising tonight of the water descending. Will they form a one level paid or is there another beaver dam one level lower.
