The best way to learn this watching people who are good at this in your social circle and copy them, for example if there's a high value guy jn your social circle, go befriend him and look how he deals with people, how he organises stuff, how he provides most fun things to people, the things about his personality and body language that makes him captivating and everything. You can just start by pulling 2 or 3 of your friends to this lifestyle, go up to them and be like hey bro, get ready where are going to this place tonight and do this and this and its gonna be fun, Take the responsibility off their shoulders and lead them to greatness. that's why how you become the most high value person in your social circle.

How to attain a charming persnality

Sorry for the bad English. My life depends on it please tell me. (Our office doesn't have policies to stop people in coming relationship outside office)We both work in same office. I 2 months ago said that I really like her and want a relationship (my fault I know that) and she said no. She said we should just stay friends. I thought maybe she will say yes after sometime and we went to eat someplace together for 2-3 times after that she showed me a new place to go, but we didn't go. But I was naive at that time and It was my fault because I was the one who offered her, not her fault. Now I know that I have to move on. We both are co-workers.She sent me a pic one day(that girl and boy can be best friends its not always about relationship). Now I have accepted her as a friend because I somehow got to know that she has a boyfriend but she says she is single (but I know it) and I don't flirt or don't say or do anything I would for a girl I am interested but I sometimes helps her like I would do for my male friend(don't go out of my way to help her but help her sometimes when she asks to help). I just talk to her normally over text about work or normal things like friends talk and don't talk about personal things until she talks. But sometimes I think that she cannot even become a best friend because one day I needed a book she had this book . So I asked her to send me photos of the book but she didn't sent me the pics even I asked for it 3 times. And I also had one book and she wanted that book , even I sent the photos of my book. Then after 4 days of leave she gave me that book and I asked her that you would have sent me the photos of book but she said she was busy. There are other things also which make me think she cannot even become a good friend. But, main thing is that we both do lunch together sitting next to each other. She touches my legs and don't back off even after sometime . And she sometimes come to my seat to talk to me. I don't have problem in talking because we are friends but she sometimes tries to touch my legs, not always but sometimes. And sometimes she acts cold like keeping her face to the other side ( I just can't understand this). And she sometimes also replies late to my message, when I don't reply her( I always reply on time when I am free but whenever I am not free I don't text or use phone. So if she texts me, if don't reply her in time she doesn't reply in time intentionally) When it's lunch time we go together there but one day I didn't asked her for lunch and went there myself. She called me and said "why didn't you asked me for lunch" and I casually said forgot to ask her(because that's the truth). I literally don't understand what's the problem if didn't ask her. And when its time to leave office she always tries to go with me, she one day intentionally went to washroom at the time of leaving office to check that if I would leave her or not( I just know she did it intentionally, somehow). She sometimes also get jealous when I talk my other female friends on call, even though we are just friends and she also tries to make me jealous sometimes by talking other telling stories about her male friends. I just don't know what the fuck is happening here. That why I have stopped talking to my female friends in front of her. In Normal circumstances , I would have walked away from her. But cannot walk away or stay away from her. But it's office I don't want to complicate things but just want to be good friend or colleagues, nothing more never ever. Please if someone can tell me , what she really wants. Or tell me what should I do. Or is it me, who is just overthinking about it?
