jones andrean Nope, I spent half my life in the Philippines (over a decade), most street food benders wore gloves and kept their area clean and/or organized. Use common sense, there's a lot of rich people who can't even take care of themselves. So again, good hygiene has nothing to do with being poor or rich.

This is the best CKT in town . Old folk of the town . We all started with a living , then skill to excel , then our dedication to serve willingly . Then we experience our future generation will do better and live in prosperity . And we retired in peace , life is momentarily , short . We have achieve the accountability not to fill with pride . When circumstances force us we realise it is more powerful than our parental guidances . Love to see us rejoice in true peace of heart .

Kebanyakkan stall macam ni mmg owner xkan pindah walaupun maju n dorang mampu..sama macam nasi ganja di ipoh beratur panjang gila padahal bole buka restauran besar yg lengkap xpayah bratur tp itulah NOSTALGIA bg mereka.. did ur know what is VINTAGE ??

Chinese char kuey teow is always the best. simple yet delicious

Im singaporean but my father's side is from batu pahat. every chinese new year we go back for relatives visits and look for these wonderful "not-so-hygienic" street food! there's a very good minjiang kueh and cendol shop somewhere near! grew up on these. i had the best satay ive ever had in one of these humble street stores!

That was awesome of that old man... wow .thanks for the great video now im hungry😅😆joy

He is not using recycled oil, its pork lard oil. Fat of pork that he home made by sitting 4-5 hours infront of stove to expresse out e oil by slow boiling the pork fat. And its 100% pure oil. Saturated fat will solidity at room temperature therefore it won't look appealing by looking at the pot of oil. Cooking oil you buy from stores hv been heavily refined with additives and all types of chemical you don't know but it looks beautiful, golden colour.

Actually its upon request. Standard is Kway Teow only. Even in KL, there is an option if you want to add mee. Yes I think it is a southern thing. All Char Kway Teow shops fro0m KL to Singapore usually have mee kuning on display jus in case.

Haiya... why you guys complain he cooked the koey teow into smaller bits? Its just another cooking method. I have eaten this type in KL also. The difference is the chopsticks will have a hard time with this version. But it taste the same. This one doesn't look like it has prawns though.

Alex ProGamerz apa masalahnya dgn kamu ni. saya cuma beriratu yg minyak yg digunakan oleh org tu adalah lemak babi yg kamu menghina saya kenapa? cuba tanya peniaga cina yg masak char kew tiaw goreng yg sedap dan popular mereka guna minyak apa?
