Your 1000% correct my good man. Gangs were built with the purpose of defending your own against another race or police. Back in the days when different ethnicities or races were barely settling in here in the us. Now it's all about power and destruction of another competing force. Which in the end nobody wins but those who only wish too see us kill each other like some modern day gladiators. Yes that's him. I know Richard since he was 14 or 15. I think he names his business big dogg scrap metal. When covd hit and they shut down the county of LA. Things went downhill for him. The last time we spoke we had a big disagreement but he always be the big homie. I moved out to riverside county a year ago but Richard crosses my mind at least once a week. My kids ask for him sometimes as well.

I also agree that they should be prosecuted according to the extent of their crimes; however, I don't agree on extreme retribution against gang members for merely being a gang member or associating with gangs.
