I would only add, it is virtuous for yourself to seek that balance, to know you need to be moving towards balance. We who find it shouldn't condemn those who have not and are actively seeking it. But merely maintain that path so others might also find their ways.

Except stress absolutely affects the moment. Being overwhelmed and exhausted because you have too much on your plate is an in moment thing, and it causes stress. Anxiety is a future thing.

what do you mean they didn't made it live action? As far as I know there are 2 avatar live action movies and the second is a big thing now. But I agree live action will never beat the original production. I regret watching the fist movie and I won't ever watch the one coming out now... if it hasn't already came out🥴
