Is anybody mentioning the voice recordings in this cartoon? God it feels like they are in a church or something. But this is first appearance of Herman in a Noveltoons Cartoon. He would later be paired with Katnip a another character in the Noveltoons series and it made them look like a Tom and Jerry ripoff. And then they will have their own cartoon series later on In the 50s
