The Heike Story is one of the best yet underrated anime released in 2021. Although it may be hard to follow at times (since it condensed a 13th century historical epic about the Taira clan of Japan), the quality of animation is enough to keep you engrossed all throughout its 11 episodes. I loved it so much I bought this animation guide, the character design book, and the setting book. If you like what you see, I hope you watch the anime. I highly recommend it.
