It was inevitable. South America was barely involved in WW2 era conflicts. Can't have the AI or other players in multiplayer games using south america to punch that far above its weight.

@@samr6739 no, because no one, never, begins in 1939, it sucks, you get no prep, the game goes ultra lag mode and you have way less resources to work with, it only works to play historical 101

legit think they made the change for the sake of mods. base game the pop ups were kinda important and only happened a few times per game, meanwhile in something like old world blues, you get like 30 every month and starts to drive you insane. new style is dramatically better for playing mods like that.
