The Healing Sound of Bees, the Hive. ASMR proven health benefits when you relaxe, watch, and listen.

In this video, you can have the experience of Bee-ing right next to a hive with thousands of honey bees performing all of their in-hive tasks. The view of the bees inside the hive is slowly moving so you can observe several different parts of the comb structure and how it's being used.
CONTINUOUS PLAY - is possible by hovering over the video, RIGHT CLICK, and then select LOOP and you can have it on for your entire nap, or overnight experience.

Why am I posting another video like this one?
The sounds of a honey bee hive can be a source of healing and stress relief for many people. The gentle buzzing of the bees, the low hum of the hive, and the occasional sound of a bee arriving and departing through the entrance can all be very calming and soothing.
There are a number of reasons why the sounds of a honey bee hive can be so beneficial. First, the sound of the bees can help to block out other noises that might be causing stress or anxiety. This can be especially helpful in urban areas, where there is often a lot of noise pollution.
Second, the sound of the bees can help to lower blood pressure and heart rate. This is because the sound of the bees can serve as white noise, which has been shown to have a calming effect on the body.
Third, the sound of the bees can help to promote relaxation and sleep. This is because the sound of the bees is very rhythmic and repetitive, which can help to entrain the brain waves and promote a state of relaxation.
In addition to the physical benefits, the sound of a honey bee hive can also provide emotional benefits. Many thanks to those of you who have shared your experiences while listening to my past recordings. The sound of the bees can help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression (according to some of my listeners). It can also help to improve mood and increase feelings of happiness and well-being.
If you are looking for a way to relax and de-stress, consider listening to the sounds of a honey bee hive. I hope that you find these sounds I've recorded inside the hive to be exactly what you're looking for. If you want a real honey bee experience, you can ask a local beekeeper f you can listen to the bees at a hive entrance.
Here are some tips for getting the most out of listening to the sounds in this video:
Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and focus on the sound of the bees.
Allow yourself to relax and let go of any stress or anxiety.
Enjoy the calming and soothing sound of the bees.
Put on noise-canceling headphones for the most immersive experience.
Keeping bees can be a rewarding and educational experience. It can also help to support the environment by pollinating plants and crops.
FOR CONTINUOUS PLAY - Just right-click on the video screen, select LOOP, and you can enjoy the immersive sounds of the bee hive for as long as you desire.

I kept one hive of bees in the cold North. Harvesting honey meant saving some for them in the Winter. Then wrapping the hive in burlap and straw bales. On quiet Winter days I went out to listen to them, always amazed by the rhythms of their humming machine sound, even through thick insulation. This video has that feeling, and I thank Mr. Dunn for posting it. It was on for an hour while I was cleaning, and some part of my spirit was cleansed too. I'll be doing that often. Thanks again.

I am reminded of that video of the asian honeybees taking down an invading advance guard hornet by surrounding him and beating their wings to raise the temperature 1 or 2 degrees higher than what the hornet could tolerate. So the hornet trapped in the center of that bee ball was killed through the bees working together cooperatively to remove a dire threat. So The hornet never got the chance to return to its nest to advise the rest of the hornet horde of the hives location, in which case they would have destroyed the bees. Amazing video!! Amazingly effective defense system

Fred, just wanted to say we had a bit of excitement this weekend. The bees for the community garden swarmed...where did they go, one might ask? To the eve of my shed. Luckily the young bee keeper and his dad had just finished putting together more hive boxes. Swarm was happy to have a suitable home. My eve was repaired (for free) and it was really sweet to wake up to calls and texts warning me to "please don't go outside, my bees are at your house". From a kid who 2 years ago was non-verbal. It was truly so sweet.

Lincoln Park Zoo? Not that I know of, he was one of the main reptile experts at the St. Louis Zoo and was involved in lots of educational programs there, always with specific focus on reptiles which is where I came to meet him. Before I was even born, Marlin was the curator of the reptile house, which is why he remained so close witht he curator that I knew in the 70's. That doesn't mean he never had anything to do with the lincoln Park Zoo, but his emphasis and personal history was with the St. Louis Zoo.

Hang in there. I have tinnitus as well, debilitating levels now for almost 6 years. Keep an eye on Dr. Susan Shore’s device for Michigan University. They’re applying for FDA approval in the first quarter of 2024. Her double blind / placebo controlled studies have shown this device to significantly decrease tinnitus. In the majority of patients using it. So stay strong. Hopefully we have the first actual treatment for tinnitus by next years end. Happy Holidays

YT is always discarding my comments, so I'll keep it brief. I used this recording with another therapy and meditation. I had an INCREDIBLE experience. Previously, I had tried binaural ''gamma'' frequencies- but NOTHING comes close to this. I had a bit of wild rooster ''trauma'' during my 26 years on Kauai- at the end- I could hear a rooster crow, and it was like a benediction- forgiveness and healing. Thank you for making this available- no telling to where I will carry this MP3 download in the years to come. This is TOP SHELF healing power.

It's ancient wisdom for sure, It's why monks will have certain chants and tones during meditation. The vibration matches up with your chakras or energy centers. If it helps you can find videos to hear the exact pitch for each chakra. I used it heavily in meditation to purge old trauma and ptsd that plagued me for years. The idea is to vibrate your energy centers to clear blockages and negativity. If you are someone who has a lot of emotional trauma be warned that this process could bring up old memories that have been repressed. Your body carries your emotions just as it carries food you eat and the environments you are a part of. Best of luck, always have love and patience for yourself.

Often when I wake from sleep, I’m internally vibrating/buzzing like this, which I think is from living in the present moment in my mind since 2015. I think I’m tuning into the vibration of light from the Divine. My mind and body is also in a state of bliss during those times. I just ran across this video and didn’t know bees do this. I think they’re also buzzing in light. Maybe they’re in bliss, too, lol. Can def see, as well, how this can help with PTSD. It just makes sense light/love is what heals. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
