Love that so much

As sad as it was that the scene was cut, this figure is kind of peak. I like that the Headmaster gimmick was carried over for this figure. He's got some neat features, although being slightly dated in the grand scheme of things due to lacking ankle and wrist rotations. I got the premium finish version and I display it along with my Autobots as a tribute to my little deranged butler freak. Love this guy, him and Sir Edmund and the other WW1/2 cybertronians were some of the only bayverse content I found to be worth a damn.

His car mode is actually pretty cool and I love how cog and another head master actually fit inside it

I am so used to only watching JobbyTheHong's reviews that I was waiting for all the swivel jokes, the back ones and the obvious sex jokes etc etc

It’ll be nice if Studio Series redo Cogman in the Core Class assortment, considering he isn’t a full on Headmaster, we could get a better toy than the original 2017 and 2019 Studio Series releases.

I remember when l first watched the movie, looking at Kogman and Burtman jumping from car to car and every time they got to a new car I kept telling myself "Okay, THIS car is his body he will use as a headmaster". It never happened and it makes no fucking sense they never did that.

If they actually show the headmaster in the movie which would have been interesting.

My aunt got me this figure just a few months before she passed so it hold a spot very close to my heart even if it's not an amazing figure I still love it

I got the Studio Series repaint of this guy. He's still cool. If Hasbro was going to redo Cogman in Studio Series, they probably might make him a core class figure that just turns into the car. Which would be cool.

Wait, Cogman's a headmaster?! Shows that i haven't seen the movie since like 2019. I always wondered why there was a tiny Cybertronian in the movie because most minicon type guys are weapons, cassettes, or headmasters and Cogman never did any of that. Glad i have an explanation for that now.

I got the SS version as an Easter gift several years ago, and I still own it. This definitely isn't one of my favorite toys, but I liked it a lot, and the silver paint on mine has suffered since I played with it a lot as a kid.

Picking one of these up on Saturday, very excited.

I think he said "Bump Of Chicken Bumblebee". In case you don't know, Bump Of Chicken is a japanese band. Which had a short manga crossover with Transformers that included Bumblebee

Can't wait for the Magmatron review, such an impressive figure. Articulation is a little lacking for a Commander, and the transformation for the Gigantosaurus is extremely finicky but other than that, he's great

You know, I really want to know how they took a concept as awesome as 'old Transformers got buddy-buddy with Merlin and King Arthur' and 'the Quintessons are back and want Optimus because he's the last of the Cybertronian Knights of the Round Table' and just royally fucked it.

In 2017, I could not find the TLK version anywhere. When he was reissued in Studio Series, I snapped him up. Still had to get from a remote Walmart… No regrets. In fact, I bought 1:87 “railroad diorama figures”…male figures…I wanted to improvise Sir Edmund Burton, for the 2nd seat… Cogman at $20 was not bad. Nitro Zeus is now rare and very expensive…😂

I don’t know why it scared me, but 4:30 when he fell and it made no noise it made me jump a little bit. I think there’s something wrong with me.

Got the original as well and was really surprised how much better this was than any of the AOE deluxe figures. NGL actually found the crass English butler pretty hilarious in the movie. Totally had to get his toy. Think the only difference between this one and the SS is the care is actually painted and not just grey plastic. Could be wrong though. That tease of Magmatron though.

Personality, I would recommend the Studio Series one over this version if you can find it for a decent price. It lacks the cool wash, but makes up for it by slathering the entire toy in both modes in a delicious silver paint, and then also the base plastic color is almost gunmetal silver, so the unpainted parts, like the thichs, look much nicer than this light milky color plastic they continue to be so fond of using, despite the fact is washes out every bit of sculpted detail

I wanted this toy when I was little.

This mold has another better paint job variant

Another thing in TLK the Aston Martin was Cogmans alt mode yet it was the decoy car, why couldn't that red car be the decoy car and have the AM be the main car then have a scene where Cogman transforms

Just got SS-105. Legs are a bit of a mess, but this is masterful for the size

Pretty neat that they used the engineering for Studio Series Lockdown

I picked up this version when it was new and the Studio Series when it released, but my SS version had a lot of loose joints, so I swapped the best painted parts from both to kitbash a "perfect" Cogman.

I don't care for the live action figures at all but I think that looks pretty awesome. Plus being able to put two headmaster in the car would be fun to mess around with. I will probably end up getting one myself.

I got both the Regular and Studio Series releases of Cogman because they essentially have two different looks. The Studio Series release is a shiny silver colour which makes him look clean and younger. The cool wash on the Regular release makes him look older and more weathered. After all, once you get to be Cogman's age your knees will click too. 😜

I know this is Cogman’s review, but TR Megatron or Galvatron’s titan master look cool on Nitro Zeus, I have to check cogman now for the sake of it!

SS cogman has more paint on him overall. That's about it. No difference in sculpt or articulation or transformation or accessories

I want to go ahead and say… 0:08 is a good representation about how I feel about the SS rerelease of this toy.

I don't hate Aston Martins, but they're not my fav cars. But, Knockout is a Aston Martin-esque car, sooo...theres that. And, "I prefer the term 'sociopath'" (you, TTG, called him a psycho, I think, Iirc)

You could kinda count Hardhead as a deluxe that fits 2, kinda

I don't know what was the point making a toy of him when he never took over nitro zeus body in the movie . I think they should have release a non transforming Jada Toys Aston Martin db11 car like with optimus, bumblebee, crosshairs, hot rod and barricade.

I got the ss cogman and it was fun. I also had a ss thundercracker so I swapped their heads, but I lost the sword to cogman and thundercracker's head. After that, I used Thundercracker as a playset for cogman. A few years ago, I gave thundercracker to a charity shop, but forgot about the instructions and I still have them. Then I gave ss cogman with head to a charity shop. Why did I type this all?

For a TLK Deluxe and what pretty much amounts to a gimmick toy, the weathering did not need to go THIS HARD
