The Head turner | 1974 BMW 2002

This 1974 BMW 2002 started life in owner Dave's hands as a stock little BMW classic. White shell with a green roof. Where most owners would have been happy as it looked of the production line, Dave had other ideas.
Most noticeably is the Marlboro livery, inspired from the racing cars of the 70's and simply because it suited a car of that era. The hard core fans of the 2002 will notice the other little modifications, some subtle and some not so.
Low, wide and feisty this 2002 is surprisingly comfortable on the road, looks great, sounds unreal and is a true head turner.

I have several photographs of this car that I took at Bicester Heritage show in 2021. I have them as my phone background I love it that much 😎
most badass 2002 on youtube. saw a picture the other day and i was looking random.
Incredible. Love his passion
Love it and the story of if you don't make to the race, it's just another day
Excellent!........exactly the same attitude as myself, 'it might get me there, it might not' , that's half of the enjoyment of them. 10/10
Smiles per miles over MPG any day :)
I've always loved this 2002 💪👌
currently have an e30 but 2002s are really pushing the right buttons for me at the minute Lovely motor you should be proud

I have been waiting for this video to finally be made! LOVE this 02 and its decidedly NOT-PC livery! Love the shout-out to Forrest at Kooglewerks!
Great job! Like you, arriving or not it’s about the story. My ride was a ‘76 AC Fiberglass baby turbo wide body kit, 13x7 Panasports shod w 235x50-13’s. The duel Weber side drafts are music - I ran wo a radio. Love to share a picture . Cheers friend
Lovely looknig car and great to see it's kept it's M10 engine on Carbs, so many of the cars get M50 6's flung in them now for easy power and reliability.

Dude! It looks awesome! But which flares did you end up using? I'm trying to figure out what to do with my car- have some big Schnitzer flares sitting here, but that's a big commitment, and I don't know that I would like them more than you've done. Car is awesome. Awesome video, too.

@@JaaksFilm love the car, excellent work, huge fan of the '02...my parents had one when I was a kid, hand brake gave out when I was in the car seat on a hill, alone, smashed into my neighbors garage...not a scratch on me...
