I honestly like it much more than I thought I would... That kit def gives it the more old school Z vibes that it was missing... Literally my only complaint about it is the overhang on the front(pointy bit over the grill) but that could have just been the angle... You can easily push the motor up to just shy of 600WHP with an intake... down pipes... exhaust and a tune.

Yes! It is very important to label your screws and bolts. It might not seem so different to the eye, but usually most bolts are specific to the pressure they must yield along with torque specifications. Last thing you want is a leaky manifold due to ill fitting bolts.

After cutting the fender, I'm assuming new sheet metal is cut and welded to fill the gaps? I've seen TJ's installs as well but I don't recall seeing images of how the fenders are finished off after being cut. I like the retro look of the backend. Reminds me of the early 90's Z.

Two things: 1. Great job on installing the widebody kit yourself! Looks amazing! 2. Time to do a collab video with Burlacher with his widebody challenger. Two cars, widebodied with skinny wheels. Roll up at a car show with the attitude “Wide bodies, skinny wheels is life” 😂 That Z is going to be sick for sure! Enjoying the content!
Honestly, looks good so far. Can't wait to see it painted. Love to see the outside painted to match the interior.
Meet you in person is so cool you are a really good person
I honestly like it much more than I thought I would... That kit def gives it the more old school Z vibes that it was missing... Literally my only complaint about it is the overhang on the front(pointy bit over the grill) but that could have just been the angle... You can easily push the motor up to just shy of 600WHP with an intake... down pipes... exhaust and a tune.
Hey james i just wanted to say congratulations on the success you've had. I remember getting recommended your video 6 years ago for the first time when i was 12-13 and you had been laid off from your job talking about what would come next. You have truly come so far due to your hard work and persistence. Your amazing house, cars, and relationships are there to show for it. I know you will do even greater things in the future. Keep at it 👍

Love seeing strad dive right in to doing it himself!
James’ videos always make my day and even when I’m the most sad sad gets he finds a way to make me happy again, thank you.
Strad, are you really doing this all by urself young man, & no 1 is behind the scenes helping out ? Proud of ya either way... This build is gonna be sweet.... 😃 😃 😊
Awesome! I dig that wide body kit on the Z. I feel like it has even more of a 300z look now and I love it!!
Looks insane!!! I thank it look cool with the Z-Tune style hood!

Yes! It is very important to label your screws and bolts. It might not seem so different to the eye, but usually most bolts are specific to the pressure they must yield along with torque specifications. Last thing you want is a leaky manifold due to ill fitting bolts.
I absolutely love the new Z, and the stock look so im super interested to see what you do with it in the end!
Bro you are the happiest man I ever seen in my life.
I always click on a Stradman video as soon as I see it on my feed (unless I'm working). Stradman, you make some of the best content on the internet. Thank for all the videos
Can we all just admire how far the stradman has come!
I actually really like the kit it doesn’t look the best rn but I can seen the potential it has once it’s all done and painted
Love the way the kit looks think a dark blue would look crazy and be a nice add on to the color collection
crazy to see how far you’ve came strad! you’re inspiring to so many of us, keep up the great work!
with the blue interior you should wrap the outside of the car petty blue !! the 2 tone blues would work well with each other !!
that kit painted is going to look stunning!
Glad to see you doing some of you own work.
Always a good day when we’re fortunate enough to see the Stradman, let alone actually learn something! 😅
That wing one hundred percent makes the entire thing complete I think. It looked good without it but once you set it on there that was the touch it needed. It's going to awesome all painted or wrapped witch ever you decide to do
rear looks amazing like old jdm vibez Definitely a gloss black would be perfect with the blue interior
Great work!!! Looks awesome.👍
I haven't been a fan of the new Z's at all. But with that wide body kit... OMG!!! Looks amazing. Comes close to the original 240Z
It’s always such a good day when strad uploads the videos are my favorite 😊
Paint it....car looks wicked....any new car takes time to adjust to do of course some are gonna hate it but they will come around.....nice two two with the grey an a electric blue!❤
Strad please post videos daily . Im having a bad time now . Your video makes me happy
The table looks so cool! I can’t wait to see the Z when it’s done. Maybe do a paint match to the blue interior? 🤔

Always makes my day when James uploads!
Good to see you doing the work yourself James, so far so good tbh i like the grey if you can match the paint #thestrad ♥
I think this is one of the best transformations from a widebody kit. The front looks like a 270z throwback with the pointed nose and the bigger duckbill spoiler is way better!
Good work Strad!!!
After cutting the fender, I'm assuming new sheet metal is cut and welded to fill the gaps? I've seen TJ's installs as well but I don't recall seeing images of how the fenders are finished off after being cut. I like the retro look of the backend. Reminds me of the early 90's Z.

They cut slits in the other layer of the fender to fold it up and and weld it then they seal it off with a sealant

I enjoy watching the Strad! 😎
This thing will look very good when it is done, just needs the right alignment. I think the nardo grey with white wheels and blue interior looks sick!!
Wow. The car looks a million times better with the widebody kit. Congrats. I would go for a blueish color to better match the interior.
Also if you can set a limit on how low the suspension can go on the app, remember to do so!
Love it man! I'm trying to widebody my 08 mustang gt and you give me inspiration! #utahwidebody
I Stopped watching a lot of KZreadrs throughout the years but I can confidently say I’ll never stop watching Stradman
There’s great days and there’s good days when stradman uploads a brand new video

Man, I was hesitant of the kit once the bumper went on,I dont really like it, but over all it looks good. Cant wait to see her in 1 solid color.
Forget what the haters say if u believe in urself u can do anything❤
Future Classic, I'm calling it now 📻🔋
That table is amazing. It suits the whole Stradman aesthetic perfectly
In my belief, not many people have the opportunity of cutting up and modifying $100,000+ cars and less. James has the courage and the energy and the ability to do it all, not only for his entertainment but ours! All cars are experimental and he proves what can and can’t be done. James, to you my friend i cheers 🍻❤️

im not usually a fan of the widebody...but I really like them without the rivets..the only thing I didnt care for about this was the wing...but your doing a great job.
Mad love and respect
Looks amazing. Needs a power upgrade and then its done
Wow I’m actually surprised how good you made it look and it’s not even done !
The new bumper makes the Z look like a Simpsons character.
I agree, my dream wide body kit for this Nissan, with blending of white and gold wrap or paint, fenders, bumpers, spoilers remain gloss black.
damn james just did a non-stop talking for 13mins! hahaha the z looks sick with the kit! what will your wheel choice be?
cant wait to see the right size wheels my gosh looks so good
Love the Z, the square wheel openings on the kit would be the only complaint. If you’re going with Nardo grey, bronze wheels would be the way to go👍🏻
the car look from the Back is so awesome !!! look so cyper punk !!
The Z is looking awesome now all we need is some Purp to match this wheels and your good to go
James I recon maybe you make the side fenders mad black with 5% gloss and the rest maybe blue would look nice?!
The kit really makes the car look way better!
The car looks sick!! But you need to paint it Miami blue with the white wheels is gonnna be sick!!
Looks great!! What colour is it going?
You were the first KZreadr i started watching
that Z is is going to look absolutely amazing!
