They are beautiful. Nobody deserves to be in an affluent country and live like that. I wish them brighter days ahead!

It's Amazing how they can build a house in 7 days! Yet there are so many homeless people on waiting lists to get housed.....The Government can help the homeless if they really wanted to but they don't care! Well done to Ty and his team, this family really deserved this beautiful home. I wish them all many happy years ahead and good health.❤

I can’t believe that man had to go without his medication due to the cost of it. Where I’m from (Ireland) this medication is free

@@biddiemutter3481 yes and people pay taxes in America also and then still have to pay for the medication. I for one am very glad I also live in Ireland and pay tax and then do not have to worry that I will need a medication for something so serious and not be able to take it because I cannot pay for it !

I'm American my husband is Scottish and we have a disabled daughter. When we lived in US we couldn't afford the tests/MRI to find out what was wrong with her or afford my husband's heart medication and I had medical insurance on everyone😢 We now live in Scotland and I'm so happy for national insurance 😊 America won't vote for national insurance because the taxes will increase and doctors and pharmaceutical companies won't be able to be millionaires

@@TammieR-B big pharma is no joke, they have SO much power and influence and very very deep pockets. I cannot imagine how difficult that must have been for your family but I am very happy for you all now that at least one worry has been relieved ❤️
Loved this one a lot ❤️🇦🇺
I always cry after the driver moves the bus.😭
I love these shows ... unfortunately i would love the results even more if they would also think about using things like solar systems to help these families with utility ... the costs are triple -- and property tax prolly went up too with the new house ... and with their financial means that would be a future solution ...

I agree with all of this. I love what they do but wish they built within the family's financial means. Unfortunately it's not like the show isn't aware of this because the last episode I watched they literally mentioned design features to keep bills down for the family but don't do that for all the families. Another episode the building company gave family $100,000 at the end to cover bills of the new house for a year 😳

They have given solar and wind to some houses but it's not feasible for most. The biggest problem is property taxes. Other than states that have low rates (or none), it's gotten so out of control you can't even get by with a house given to you. My sister had a 3 bedroom ranch that was NOTHING special and kind of run down (and not in city limits) and was paying $4500 a year in property taxes. I can't even imagine what something like this would be valued at by the state and what the massive tax bill would be. On the bright side, you get through 2 or 3 years of enjoying your home and you can always sell it for a massive profit and move into something smaller. The people who had tragic stories after the show mostly made bad investments or wasted money and then the house became an anchor for them. One family helped out the poor and homeless and eventually they had to move because the homeless became such a problem (and dangerous) that it was no longer safe for their kids. Nothing the show can do about that.

Also to have the design plan practical. Keeping in mind at least 10 years to come

If you actually look at MANY of the show's,they use solar panels on the roofs& gardens aswell as wind turbines & also dig deeper into the ground,to produce a type of natural resources to heat the house aswell as recycling things. And this time it was for the outstanding table and seats that matched that took some very hard work please keep on watching the many many shows and you will see what I mean

Everybody can save money from energy bills... just use electricity wisely! Only use the lights you really need and turn them off when you leave the room!😊 That really helps!!!
As a foreigner let me just say: GOD BLESS AMERICA.
This must be not very nice for the family what aovely father how nice the whole of them are so lovely god loves you
Willie Harvey really reminds me of Olu Jacobs a Nigerian actor...happy family this is

He actually looks like Olu Jacobs, if you saw an episode of a UK show Olu Jacobs did in the 70's, him and Willie look very very alike
THIS FILM SHOWS HOW WE 3 HAVE IT IN A SLUM TOWN IN CEBU CITY.
Being struck down with epilepsy. I know people who have epilepsy, and even with the medication to control it, when they have a seizure and come out of it, they feel out of it for a while afterwards.
It takes a village❤🙏🏾
This moved me, esp the prank
I love 💕 you guys
None of us should be living in poverty or (unaffordable) illness. Big pharma is rich enough to share life saving medicine but they don't! The billionaires of the world have enough to end suffering but they don't...WHY?
They are poor and this show gave them a manor? I'm not surprise that they sold their dream house. Amazing episode but the reality is something else.
Terrifying how easily the old building was demolished
I was wondering if anyone knows this for a fact; I recall reading somewhere that part of the contract stipulates that the families have to keep the house for a certain length of time before they can sell it. I think it was a small number of years, like 3 or so. Does anyone know if that is true ? I don't remember where I read it so I can't say if was a reliable source or not. I'm wondering if this is the case, what happens if the family cannot afford the bills and taxes increase for that time ? Do they end up losing the house instead of being able to sell and move to somewhere smaller or is there some help with those expenses if they don't get money raised for them by the builders/community ?
Plot Twist: he actually meant the rooms trash, not “junk”

They probably had to sell the house to buy a more practical one or turn it into a b&b. Nice though because either way it would bring in some cash to live on.
