I faced this several years ago, thank God I relished it earlier and decided to add value to myself. Initially I thought I was useful not knowing I was not, The boss or company only value staff that bring money to the table. So I encourage us to add value to our selfs, go for training if you can, learn new skills to help your self and anywhere you are working.
