So yeah my very first game on tarkov i hopped in with my cousin and his friend... we got about halfway through a raid and i got my first kill... then i realized my cousin was down in the same gunfight. After that i realized my first kill was my cousin 😂😂😂😂 oops

It's the painkiller visual effect in the game. It's sort of like a debuff for being on painkillers

Scavs are OP in this wipe been playing since 2018 but never seen so many instant kills or buckshot headshot kills from Scavs ever and its annoying.

Bruh even if it was uploaded in 1440p or 4k it wouldn't do anything. The videos that get uploaded here are basically stripped from his stream which already has bad compression + it get then rendered and edited.
