Day 20 of commenting this rebuild idea: make an expansion team and follow these rules. You can take 1 player from each team but the teams get to protect their starter roster. This roster would be qb1, rb1/2, wr1/2/3, te1/2, each starter on the oline, le1, re1, dt1/2, lolb1, rolb1, mlb1/2, cb1/2/3, ss1, fs1, k1, and p1. You'll then have a 32 man roster that you can fill by signing free agents. But your team is a new team on a low budget so you can only sign free agents to 1 year deals starting preseason week 1. However you resign whichever players you want for however long you want. You can also make whatever trades you want. For the draft you let the cpu pick to spice things up. You end the vid once you win a super bowl.

Hey Brandon been watching for a while now and love the videos!! Also I've been doing the same simulations as you and I have actually gotten a 88 OVR QB surprisingly. Just thought to mention this. Also I recommend WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba for simulation if you have never used him, he seems to do pretty good in my rebuilds.

i was doing a rebuild with the cardinals, year 1 we go odell in free agency then we drafted mhj but lost in the wild card, year 2 i traded budda (he had to get resigned but he’s old) for bijan robinson, and aj terrell and we did so bad that we had the 3 pick in the draft, i was gonna grab some free agents since i had 100M in cap space and draft sheduer and trade kyler but i got fired before free agency so now i gotta rebuild the titans, i re-signed dhop to a 1 year deal so could trade him and got jsn, then i grabbed jerry juedy and jordan poyer out of free agency and some backups, they also had two high first round picks so i traded 1 for stingley and got jalen milroe with the other but so far we’re 2-0 so looking good so far😂😭

You should do a legacy rebuild using the worst players in every position as your starting basis, however you start the draft in like 2000 and see if you can have a super franchise in a couple years, itd be a bit of a long one depending on how far back you went, (worst players still on a teams line up, itd be boring with just a buncha 50s off the teams depth chart)
