I think it makes sense. In my opinion those women are the ones who want to control men. Conscientious hardworking men cannot be easily controlled. So they just leave when they realize they can’t control that man.

This is very true mr candwell, i stopped trying last year and ever since then i've been focused on 4 things to make me a better person and rather let them chase me if the interest isn't shown towards me, then i'll move on to other women that do.....just wont out too much of my energy towards them

If your a man you have to have a woman as your partner that you don't need in your life but she has to need you in hers , that's just how it works, makes no logical sense and is a complete double standard but this is how it works. You're welcome in advance

It seems that this is the only thing to do when she "needs space." But it's still frustrating when you want and need intimacy and don't necessarily want to leave, and heaven forbid you cheat to get your needs met.
