For a long time now my favorite house was the Hampton model Grand Homes, but after seeing this, I don't know which is my favorite anymore. That master bedroom was amazing. If I had the money I would almost somehow combined the two houses to make my ultimate dream home

Truly beautiful design and construction

Stunning Home! When I look at these homes I look at the rooms not what's inside. Helps the imagination. Only design I don't like is the basketball court...I'm a musician so that leaves room for my imagination. This place is brilliant and beautiful! I especially enjoy that every room not only presents its self magnificently but every room has generous space do what it is you do. Extremely inspiring. I really want to succeed!

OMG the CLOSET!! The whole FLOOR PLAN!!! Did I say the CLOSET???!!! How many stair cases are there? I lost count. Did anybody see the old classic movie "Rebecca"? It came out in 1940...with Laurence Olivier and Joan Fontaine. Ladies, this master suite is as close as it gets to Rebecca's. I would never come out of here. The TUB!!! The décor!!! It's the house that keeps on giving. This house is SHARP!!! I love it.

Gorgeous, over the top, super extra house! Beautiful, wonderful for extended family and entertaining. My only complaint: wire shelves for his closet in the mastet suite?! Doesn't Dad deserve a nicer closet than that?!

Folks, I have seen this property. Let me tell you good things and bad things. This is simply a great house. But the 'Location'Location'Location' of real estate will not hold here. Lot of people have lost values, lot of money since 10 years in Leesburg buying this 3 acre mansion property. The school district dictates the price in Northern Virginia suburb. So to play it safe, we bought a house in Ashburn for a reasonable lot size and it is a brand new house. The summary of the story is, when you buy houses you are buying for the location, unless you want to retire in it.

+Mahesh Rajayya Leesburg is a real town with history and old southern charm. Shenstone has beautiful hills and schenery. You never get bored just sitting on your porch watching nature, the sky, the clouds, the eagles and other wild life. It's a beautiful neighborhood.

I guess your dining room is always in the entrance on most of your models. I wished you had it further down. I wish your video walked us through without skipping around like in the beginning you took us back before showing what's on the left and right of the entrance. Beautiful kitchen and lovely closet. Wish it had a prepping kitchen and laundry room upstairs. There's no privacy on that first upstairs bedroom.

It's all relative. If one can afford this home, then I'm sure they can afford the monthly utility bills. After all this isn't a starter home, but a home for people of considerable means.

Sure, a home for people with CONSIDERABLE means who are blatantly INCONSIDERATE of this home's role in destroying our precious planet through its equally CONSIDERABLE greenhouse emissions. A substantial house equals a large carbon footprint. No two ways about that. For me, more house = less home, no matter what my income. I already live in a freakin' museum of a house consisting of rooms I never set foot in (except to clean). I recently got obsessed with the 'small house movement'...low maintenance, less stuff, smaller grounds to maintain, more TIME for other pursuits. But it's all relative....one may be able to afford a full-time maintenance crew. Not for me, thanks.

I said the owner of a home in this price range aren't too worried about their ability to pay their utility bills. Your initial comment said nothing about carbon footprints or being green.

There will be no thief. Trust me if you'd love in that neighborhood, their safe system is amazing. And plus if you live here, you would be rich and can afford high security for your home.

The house is beautiful... but that closet creeped me out lol. Seriously.. I'm probably the only one who thought this. Too many reasons. 😳😳😱😱

There's like three sitting areas and three eating areas so far.. could you not utilize the space better? How about a bar in one of those rooms
