I went and it was fantastic, service was slow, but it is Memphis. The food was classic southern, the best I ever had, Priscilla went over the top ladies and gentlemen, GO! And don't forget to head down to Beale at night and Sun studios is a must. I felt like I was 10 years old for 3 days, Elvis rules!

I haven't stayed here, but would like to. I am not very far from Memphis Tn. I am sure it is very expensive, but why wouldn't it be...........look at it! When I was a kid and first went to Graceland.........it was nothing like it is now. Very commercialized now:(

The most recents prices I’ve seen on Priceline and Expedia started around $171 a night and up. Not cheap, but a very nice hotel with lots of cool reminders of Elvis. We’ve just toured it and have never stayed there, but we’d like to some day too. And yes, it’s definitely way commercialized around there now!

Elvis would not Approve of the prices a glamor he was from the old school a not a fancy person I rember when Graceland was first bought he went w the simple things a very unique.

I agree. Just returned from visiting Graceland. All too expensive. I don't think Elvis would approve.

Though this is nice,.i think that there was more connection to Elvis at the Heartbreak Hotel where we stayed and it was of the 50s era.

They should have made the pool guitar shaped in honour of Elvis and the guitar that started it all. Why the generic pool feels too Priscilla to me.

That would've been perfect if they'd done that! Apparently, Priscilla had a lot of influence on much of the design, and maybe she suggested they keep the pool simple, and they listened to her. But, a guitar-shaped pool would've been great.

I am staying in that hospitality suite in May! Should have happened two years ago but covid ruined that! I live in Scotland and I have won 3 nights in that suite and also the adjoining guest room for me and my three friends. I have stayed at the Guesthouse twice before but not in a suite! Can you tell me how far that suite is from the reception area please? Wondering if there is a door opening out to the garden area?

I love Elvis, but I got mixed feelings about staying at the guest house. It did look nice, but I'm undecided. I know the place has to make a profit in order to stay in business, but what is the price for one of the twenty suites on the top floor ? And a regular room price ? Thanks, well made video, except no prices.

Prices right now start at around $161.00 for a regular room on a website like Expedia or Priceline. The TCB Suite is $339, and that's the non-refundable rate. The Guest House is on the pricier side, but it's close to Graceland and the other Elvis-associated attractions across the street from it. We would like to stay there next time we're in Memphis, but we'll see what happens. Priscilla Presley's influence is seen throughout the hotel, but she made sure that the focus and design of the property honors the memory of Elvis.

I think it’s ridiculous they have no pictures of Elvis anywhere at the hotel. Just pictures of his clothes and sunglasses. They act like they are ashamed of him or something. We stayed there a couple of years ago and I was disappointed.

It doesn't sit well with everyone, because some don't think it honors Elvis' memory very well. It's definitely a nice hotel, but not a cheap one, and that bothers a lot of people, too.

Prices are way too high. It is more of a convension center than anything. Heart Break Hotel was much better for the fans.

Is this hotel owned by the Estate and/or Lisa Marie or just a Priscilla business venture ? Nice hotel.

I HAVE MIXED FEELINGS IF IT HELPS GIVE JOBS TO THE COMMUNITY IT'S GOOD.

It does provide quite a few jobs, and is a very nice place to stay. Not necessarily cheap, though you can often find some good discounts online.

I thought the Heartbreak hotel where I stayed is more homely. The guest house is too flashy and big for me. Way way toooo expensive. Plus you have to pay for your food on top of all that. It's a crying shame they do not use the Heartbreak hotel anymore.

Yes, the two hotels are vastly different, and the Guesthouse has a huge Priscilla influence in its design. It isn’t for everyone, but it’s worth going to look at even if you never stay there. The Heartbreak Hotel was more classic Elvis and will always be special.

Is there Elvis music playing throughout?

Elvis would have had a Vegas spin on that hotel as well he really was a gentle soul today he wouldn't be mobbed he could have Ben free. All he had to do was not hide himself from his people

He probably would’ve had a Vegas theme running through it somewhere. Vegas was a big part of his career. Wish he would’ve been able to help design this hotel...I’m sure some things would be very different.

Excuse me, ex-wife and why do they need her approval? I guess Lisa is not that interested in money just like her dad, all he wanted was to make people happy. Just not sure if she's as generous as her dad.

You can often get some pretty good deals on sites like Trip Advisor or Expedia. Saw some rates today that about half price - $114 a night!

Graceland and the Guest House are where the thievery begins. We went there this weekend to visit Lisa Marie’s grave. We got there for a two-day stay package and we’re charged $900 for two nights and the cheapest tickets. My boyfriend is a retired fire captain who booked and was supposed to get the heroes discount. They charge led him double! I had to fight with them for two days. It was terrible. The ventilation in the bus we were in to the mansion was full of debris. The Guest House is a 2 star at best. The staff hates Elvis and his fans. The Elvis experience at the hotel is almost nonexistent. They have his music turned way down and other random crap on the TVs. One Elvis cutout in the corner of the bar. Unbelievable. Last time. Let poor Elvis rest… he wouldn’t be happy.

That’s very sad that things have gotten so bad there! They should be ashamed. Elvis deserves better.

BELIEVE ELVIS would not Approve of his home being used to make money off the poor Fans that loved him so much ,,,,Elvis I believe wanted Lisa to have Graceland a her family when she got one a Rember him everyone she walked around Graceland.

I believe if Elvis could see this he'd say man people still do love me but ,,,,,I don't think he'd be happy w the prices. because ELVIS wasn't greddy he never believed in robbing the poor people ,,,,,, he knew what it meant to be poor. Elvis would think the prices are too high.

ELVIS was alot like me set in his ways a nobody could really change him Elvis really wasn't a rich at heart man he was humble hearted a poor a had a religious way about him. he took drugs I believe to fuel his career a impress his body guards a had alot of physical pains a well as emotional. but I believe his faith in God never wavered. a he carried his faith alone.

So disappointing. I was hoping for a more humble personable homey feel. Too Hollywood glitz for me. But I love you Elvis.

They definitely went glitzy with it! It’s more of Priscilla’s version of a tribute to him. He is still the one and only!

EPE oughta be ashamed of themselves, they've turned Graceland and Elvis Presley Boulevard into Disney World/ One big circus. Prices are outrageous . I'm glad I went there in the early 2000' , when prices were affordable, and the Platinum tour was only 25 dollars. Rooms at Heartbreak Hotel were affordable. You even have to buy a ticket to get in a souvenir shop. There are enough hotels in Memphis with far better room rates. It's dispicable what happened to the Graceland area, they demolished Elvis' his beloved Graceland for the American God!

The Guest House accommodates dogs weighing less than 35 pounds in its South Tower rooms for a daily fee of $50 per dog. They have a special dog-walking area too.

People always tearing down Priscilla no matter what if it wasn't for Priscilla the fans wouldn't have what we have today So weather it's for profit or what ever it is what it is and I think they did still love each other even though they divorced I love Elvis been a fan my whole life, but he wasnt faithful long before she wasn't I dont know many women who could live with an unfaithful husband my OPINION

I don't think he would no approve of this glitzy hotel. yes he loved jewelry, but this hotel is all show , and not the feel of ELVIS, it a modern hotel just like any other hotel!!

This hotel definitely isn’t for everyone, but it does reflect Elvis and Priscilla in many ways. I think there’s a lot about it that he would like, and it’s a tribute to him that it exists and that many people do enjoy staying here.
