Awesome episode as always! On the point about the MEV exploit: A) I agree with Vance. Have to say that to assume that code is law is very optimistic. We are still living in nation states and we have to respect those laws. Stealing money and manipulating a system is still a crime no matter whether it is onchain or not. B) Mike's take was great - if we can comprehend what MEV is, the government can as well if they want to. The bigger the industry is and the closer we are getting to institutions and companies, the more knowledgeable the governments will be. But that's not bearish. I think that it will actually help the industry to justify its values and role in society. Also appreciate Mike's ZkSync sweatshirt!
