Carol Joy, also known as Carolina Smales, is an American singer-songwriter, author, and engineer who has been writing songs and playing the ukulele since the tender age of six. As a long-standing employee in the public health and brain science sector, the rising star decided to integrate her passion for health sciences with her musical inclinations to help spread positively toned messages to the public. These messages serve as one creative way of promoting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of many children and their families through music with positive content.
