I've been comfort-watching your podcast in the dark hours while I can't sleep for pain. I just wanted to thank you for keeping me company. My cat also has the most uncanny ability to find the most expensive skein and give it a good chomp! I have a skein of blue 100% wool yarn and a skein of mohair silk that I've had to well and truly lock away at the top of the linen cupboard, because she's literally pulled down a (small... but still impressive for little cat) bookshelf to get to them! She's very afraid of thunderstorms and we also find wrapping her in a wool jumper or shawl will calm her.

I so enjoy each of your podcasts that, just like with a very good book, I find myself becoming anxious when it nears the end. My solution is to not check the minutes and just stay in each moment with you! All my best to you and those you love during this holiday season.

Those stockings were adorable, so much detail. Liked the gift tags too. Cute penguin and Christmas tree. I see someone in your house is musical. If Jack likes rugging up in your scarfs it could be because it has your scent on it and that's what makes him more relaxed. But that sweater you made him is so cute, it really suits him.
