Look at the scene where Masrani confronts him about the Indominus: "All of this exists because of me. If I don't innovate, someone else will." Or During the auction scene when the auctioneers are bidding for the Indoraptor: "What are you doing?" "If you wanna create an addict, you've gotta give them a taste." "He's a prototype!" "This prototype is worth $28 million. Relax, we'll make more." "So will they." Then in Dominion, I never saw him acting villainous, especially when he tells Dodson to kill the locusts, "We want control." "There's no such thing."

Great quotes! My favorites belong to Doc Ock or Vader. In part 3/4 you should put Scarlet Witch, Riddler(Paul Dano), Emperor Palpatine, and Kilgrave. All of them have some GREAT lines imo(especially Palpatine and Wanda)

Ok Zemo is underrated, I can't believe how everyone forgets about him. His first quote here, "I have experience and patience, a man can do anything if he has those." This just seems like it's true because everyone gains experience as they go through their live, and with enough patience... yeah depending on the person this could lead to terrible things.

Nice, future videos could have: Palpatine, Davy Jones, Joaquin Phoenix's Joker, Scarlet Witch, Scarecrow/Ra's al Ghul, Valentine, Khan, Solomon Lane, Gollum, literally any Bond villain

Not really a villain quote but I like the exchange between Optimus Prime and Megatron in the 80s movie after their big fight: Megatron- “No more, Optimus Prime. Grant me mercy, I beg of you!” Optimus- “You? The one without mercy? I thought you were made of sterner stuff.” It just shows that despite Optimus being compassionate, he has nothing but hatred towards Megatron and will kill him with no exception given the chance.

The Joker: Heath Ledger. People say what makes a great villain is them having a reason for it a story a motive but what makes joker so terrifying is that we don’t need to know it because with what he shows us is all we need to know, he has been through pain and hell and has put it back onto the people who caused it but he no longer cares about that because he finally finds (who he thinks is) his equal In Batman But if you need a villain with a story to his deeds then KillMonger:Michael B. Jordan from Black Panther is just that a great villain with a purpose who’s on a mission

@@benjaminanthony3336 No offense but the weakness of Health Ledger’s Joker is that it’s carried more on his independent portrayal of the character. Meanwhile Vader throughout his depictions is rather set in stone. So I’d still have to say Vader is overall still a better one if we factor in all Jokers.

Dark Side is too long tenured in so maybe his quotes don’t come out as impactful as newer stuff that’s been written and characters developed. But I find his cold military tact and control of every room… he’s the goat of all villains.

The closest thing to the a hyper-realistic interpretation of the Grim Reaper we will ever get. “I won’t tell you you can save yourself, because you can’t” “I got here the same way the coin did” It’s not about the body count - Although, yeah, that’s not to be ignored - It’s how fatalistic he is about it; He kills most, and it’s notably whenever he let others live. He’s goes about it like a force of nature. Incomprehensible to our necessity of attributing purpose to, well even if you don’t think about “the meaning of Universe and existence” at least one can expect that another person of all things *must* have something, no matter if sounds lunacy, it must *have* something. Anton comes to whom he comes. And frankly, I don’t even think that he “does just because he likes it”, because I’m not certain he even does. I think that if he likes something it’s the psychological crushing often seen pre-kill; The poor schmuck he kills like cattle at the beginning just to steal his car, he does the whole taunting of having the guy do what he tells, slowly positioning the pressure cylinder tube in the guy’s forehead - Except the guy doesn’t know in the slightest how fucked he is, he is more “confusedly afraid”, and then *pop* gone in a instant. Anton did that for him and only for him. He took a minute to savor his conducting of meaninglessness, hopelessness to a universe that, seemingly, can only play those tunes. Even his “power” there feels more like a “mockery” of rule-fallowing and obedience than a typical power-trip. He does that shit to people he *doesn’t* kill - Insert the “tormenting a elderly cashier in the middle of the desert by using a coin to break his brain with existential dread over choices mattering or it’s all left to chance, and even then does it matter? Btw you got lucky I was about to blast you brains out, but do know it was just that, you lived thanks to a cointoss, that shit means nothing either way” At the end I don’t think no one ever was less invested in a murder; He have literally the demeanor of “slagging through the last hours of a shift in the most menial office job ever, just moving the paperwork till I get to clock out”. It’s puzzling. That someone with these disposition can exist on it’s own it’s horror… What do we make about that this is a world where he “succeeded”? Ultimately, whatever answer is out of our visceral necessity for “signifying” everything. Often to our detriment. (To McCarthy fans: if Anton is Death, Judge Turpin is War)
