Talking is part of ministration... she's not just doing it for the sake of. It's worship...it's prophesy...it's function is to edify the spirit. Remember God spoke when he was creating the world. Worship isn't linear my dear...food for thought.

In her 'talking' as you put it, she shared a very powerful testimony about her Father's miraculous healing. Reason why she loses her cool and goes out of control at the mention of the name of Jesus, and in worship.
