Yes, the Tuchulcha Engine is still around in 40k with an even greater importance in the lore for the current Lion plotline after being stored on the Rock. A part of a trio of similar artifacts able to create a bridge between space and time alongside Ouroboros(Old One artifact hidden in Caliban and corrupted Zahariel into joining the Fallen) and the Plagueheart(Giant living planetoid with the power to change history). All three were collected by Typhus and Astelan of the Fallen to try and change history above Caliban with Azrael and the Dark Angels destroying the forming space time rift as well as thwart any Chaos effort to use it. Naturally Cypher is involved. The Arks of Omen current plotline occurs with Belakor helping to foil Abaddon and the rising Chaos Demigod Vashtorr's attempts to steal the Tuchulcha from the Dark Angels where he would make a deal a deal with Tuchulcha to fuse with its sibling engines to create the Dissonance Engine to tunnel a hole in reality between the Materium and the Warp similar to the tech the Old Ones used to create the Webway while also transporting themselves into a planetoid formed from Calibaniter ruins so that Vashtorr can form the Key needed to open the Lock on an Old One vault containing superweapons with the power to destroy the Imperium and elevate himself into a full on Chaos God.

He's definitely up there, but I wouldn't call him the greatest. Sanguinius has him beat. 😂 I do hope you check out the video Fear Within The Imperium of Mankind - A story of Despair by DasRatStories soon!

I wouldn't say greatest until maybe after he woke up in 40k. Poor Nemiel, beheaded by the Lion with a backhanded slap just because the Lion wanted to defy the Edict of Nikea and reinstitute Librarians to fight Daemons. Sent his cousin Zahariel right into the hands of treachery and Luther's Fallen faction right in time to kill the old Lord Cypher and become the new Cypher.
