    Hard to figure all of that in the head but for me it was clear that its a chop as it often happens when dealing with paired boards. Maybe the commentators weren't that aware but nice hand analysis and tough call!

    I triple barrel for half pot with close to 100% of my range at NL10 online because people fold 50% of the time on the river. I guess I'd do the same at NL10000 for very different reasons

    Great analysis to figure that out. Huge props. You mention that you didn’t realise it was a chop yourself - do you now think jamming was the better play over calling if in this spot again? Can jamming fold out some flush draws that have a pair or is he literally never turning a paired hand into a bluff?

    Why would you eliminate 99 bc of the small bet on the turn using two flush draws as your excuse? He wouldn’t care about the two flush draws if he has a boat, wouldn’t he want to keep you in with YOUR flush draws if he has 99 and therefore he wouldn’t want to go big on the turn????

    Such a stupid play by the opponent. Tripple barrel bluff and pretty good runout for his range pot size bet left he bets half pot. Idk wtf this bet accomplishes? Thin bet as if value is ok allin also ok but wtf is this bet. Nobody can convince me as this is high level poker and lots of leveling going on here. Random and quite far from a sharp play. Question is if he would push allin what would u do?

    ​@@GingePoker you chop with most of villain's bluffs, and you're blocking them with an ace, making it more likely he has value, and you block spade draws as well. this was a heroic call, stop rationalizing it. Even if your assumptions are correct, its a dubious call.

    @@GingePoker pretty bad call in my opinion, you had to make so many assumptions just to think about calling, and then those assumptions have to be right, and then we also need villain to have a bluffing range. I like the thorough thought process but I think we should just fold this one and move on. Also, assuming villain doesnt do this with a wide arrange of value is a very big assumption. Not everyone plays like you or value bets like you, you cant even beat villains bluffs, as you chop with most of em. I think you made a good exploit read on villains range and then thought that info was enough to hero call, which it wasnt. Good thought process, but fold it anyway type of spot. The fact that you picked up on a slight exploit on villains range is really good though, but we should just muck this one, so many better hands to call with. Cheers

    imo there were plenty of lives reads you coulda gotten from that guy. preflop 3 bet didnt seem comfortable. flop-river never too sure or not interested enough by board. river. tanked for ages which is incongruent for e.g. AA. at 100nl with small size they always have it and show like AcKc tho xD
