As we get older we should grow more confident in God. I do notice that when I have more time for myself I waste it examining my mind and body which makes me stressed. I know that God is with us but I’m learning that I must also help myself. Help yourself by praying every day and night. Also, spend time around those who are calm and cool. Eat foods that are good for you and make sure you stay busy doing good work. We all get in our head this is normal but the best thing we can do for ourselves is to know that worry doesn’t do anything beneficial for our mind and body.

God knows our problems and struggles,He knows us by name and Identity,He surely has good plans for us all as His children and through His will,we shall overcome.
