It’s nice to watch a show that is light hearted and positive. Most of today’s shows are too negative and dark which leaves you feeling depressed. I miss the old shows which left you feeling uplifted. Let’s bring back shows like this.

I was 10 in 1980 so my entire teen years were the 80s. I can remember having to buy a friday paper for next week tv guide. So many shows A-Team, Knight Rider, Fall guy, Macgyver, Miami Vice, etc. I can fill a page of great shows.

Aired March 25th 1981. The time period was wonderful.
Great show growing up in the 80s. It is sad that we have everything at our fingertips now and we can watch stuff anytime we want. At the same time it is great to be able to watch these shows again, I thought back in the day I’ll never see these shows ever again once they were over.Always looking at the TV guide was part of everyday life back then. Having shows on a schedule made getting thru the week more enjoyable and you didn’t take family time for granted. Good times with the best shows back then.

At the same time, now you don't have to get so angry about missing a show because you're sitting in traffic, or stuck in a jam due to an accident down the road. You can watch the show on your cellphone while you wait for the roads to clear, or just watch it when you get home. Less stress, and life doesn't have to revolve around the TV Channel's schedule, but you can destress on your own schedule.

Ok, I guess I was around 9 or 10 when this came out. Had my mom make me a costume for Halloween and everything. Mother owned a beauty shop and would play 60’s music at the shop, it drove me crazy. Now I’m almost 50 watching this, doing the very thing she did. Going back to my youth!!

One of my favorites TV show...80s were so sweet
Hurray you have this show on you tube. That memorable music and song. It made you feel good about yourself and life. A man when given the chance tries to make a difference in the world around him. It was inspiring and when presented as a low key comedy with all its mishaps it was believable on television. For us it gave reminders to our subconscious about the values we were raised with. Many said to themselves ‘I could have done that.’ It looks like fun inspite of the bumps and bruises of flying. ‘. It made you think how hard it was for an ordinary person to use super powers compared to Superman who was from out of town and reacted to our sun.
Cheers to the stuntman at 11:55 who, despite looking nothing like William Katt, does his job, perm wig and all.

The shows covers gave this show a personality that stands out.... The replacement tunes on some of the show took away that magic that some of us loved...
