Hi guys. Thanks for the great content. In this video you mention that you have 25 ways to get kids to go from palm up to palm down on their serve. Do you have a video of these ways? Also, which way of fixing palm up works best for you? I am a tennis coach of 11 years now and I find that I can fix palm up although I work with many adults and kids and if they don’t get it quickly they get discouraged and don’t wanna continue with the change. Thanks in advance 🙏

Man, I was really hoping that they would address the topic of height of the server, either in the Myth section or in the factory section. I'm a shorter guy and I'm always struggling to decide what are limitations that I have to overcome versus what are imaginary disadvantages that I need to stop using as excuses.

The biggest obstacle for shorters players is not generating racket speed, but getting the ball in once you have that speed. The higher the contact point, the greater the chance to get the ball in. That is where spin becomes more important for shorter players. For more detail, I would recommend reading Howard Brody's book, "Tennis Science for Tennis Players." Thanks for watching/listening! -Andy

@@bonzwah1 Sorry, I thought I answered your question, but his book will go into more detail about different heights and speeds and your chances of getting the ball in.

@@GreatBaseTennis My bad, I didn't mean to imply that your answer had no value to me. I very much appreciate it, and it confirms what I've already believed about the issues. but I struggle to turn these basic facts into actionable information for me because I need to do more research into service technique as a whole to figure out how to get the ideal ratio of spin, power, and contact height for my height. diving into the details of that through youtube comments is probably not worth your time haha, but I very much appreciate what you've said so far. Again, it confirms something that I've always believed based on my understanding of physics, but never really been able to have verified by experienced experts.
