Yes. The only thing that could possibly be considered so would be individual abilities like backline access onto a ranged hypercarry. The only example of such in this set is karthus and akali and tf which are the only effective ones but are all counterplayable. Or cc for melee carries like jax

technically it does, but the other builds are so underpowered right now it doesn't make sense to play them.

yea it doesn’t because if you’re alive and the other player is your counter then its just an unfair loss (2nd technically). especially if you play at boxbox’s level and beyond. however, as the person above me mentioned there is a slight rock paper scissors in accordance to the contemporary meta builds. you CAN still beat meta builds with non meta builds but its exceptionally difficult.

​@@korifxYou really have to BIS every non meta unit with a perfect augment, tried Punk like good god Jinx, Vi, Pantheon and Twitch to 3* yet I barely manage to be 4th
